Phase 1.5 (fruit, no grain)

Greek Yogurt w/ banana slices & a few peanuts sprinkled on top.

"Pizza in a bowl" w/ t.peperoni, nsa tomato sauce, green/red/jalapeno peppers, red onion, rf mozz
Glass of skim milk

Checken Caeser Salad w/ chicken, romaine, red onion, tomatoes, cucumber & renees garlic lovers dressing
Glass of skim milk

Celery w/ pb (if munch later)

B: black bean brownie and coffee
S: v8 and hummus with cucumbers
L: salad, pepperoni and mozz stick
D: taco bake

Celery stuffed w/ seasoned cream cheese
Glass of skim Milk

Garden Salad w/ romaine, tomatoes, green peppers, cucumbers, HB eggs & italian style vinegarette
Diet Dr. Pepper

Meatballs (homemade, no bread crumbs) w/ nsa marinara & fresh parm.
Green Beans (tons!)
Glass of skim milk

Cheese string
Glass of wine
