100 lb. Club - 2013 Resolutions ~ Mother's Day to Independence Day

Everyone is welcome - you don't need to have been a part of the previous challenge to participate.

Post your 2013 New Year's resolution. If you don't make resolutions and want to make a goal, that's fine too. It doesn't have to be a specific weight or a specific size but it does have to be SPECIFIC (i.e. Don't write "I want to be healthier." If you want to improve your health, how are you going to measure that? Do you want a specific blood pressure range? Do you want to be able to run a mile nonstop? etc).

Next you're going to write what you're going to do from Mother's Day to Independence Day to make that happen! That's approximately 7.5 weeks. What will you do for the next 7.5 weeks of 2013? How will you make your resolution happen?

Ok last two challenges I only lost 35. It has slowed down tremendously, but I've lost some of my umph.. We can do this ladies!!!

I've lost 6.2 lbs. in 6 weeks. Not the weight loss I'd hoped for. I'm working soooo hard! Staying on plan and working out 4-5 days a week. I was hoping for more than 1 lb. a week!!! But I'll take it. Maybe this last week, the scales will love me.

Good morning sluggerbean! As of today I've lost 2.2 additional pounds this week!!! YAY! It took dropping to 900 cal. per day and working my butt off to achieve it! I was maintaining at 1200 calories and GAINING weight at 1400 calories! Stupid old lady metabolism!!!

If I can maintain this loss until my official weigh-in on monday I'll be HAPPY! My 29th wedding anniversary is saturday though and that might pose a problem as hubby wants to go out and eat!

BTW--- you are an inspiration with your 147# weight loss!!! What an accomplishment!:bravo:

Well, my 7 week challenge ended today. My total weight loss was 7.6 lb.s ...a little disappointed actually because I worked really, really hard, both on staying on track on diet and working out at gym. But, losing weight at my age is not easy!

I need a new challenge now to keep me motivated!!!
