Here is part 2 of the 4month summer challenge. I really need to keep motivated so I can loose as much as I can before my wedding next year.

I have gained all my weight back and still trying to get down past 280.... I am afraid that my weight gain has caused some really bad health problems... I really need to start taking better care of myself....

In this challenge I plan on eating and making better healthy choices...

I don't want to be all about the scale so I would like to see and hear about the small and big non scale victories.


Post what your current weight and your goal weight you want to be 4months from now.. remember that it don't matter if you want to loose 5,10,15, or 20+ pounds in this challenge or just want to stay accountable and or maintain your weight everyone is welcome. you can join whenever. There is no deadline to join...

I love to hear others stories and victories... I also get motivation from those who are trying and are giving up no matter what the scale says....


To becoming and better and healthier version of myself (for letting the thin girl on the inside be free :-) )

I'm in! This will be perfect for when the 4th of July challenge finishes. Hopefully when this challenge starts I will be close to Onederland, and my goal for the end of this challenge is 175. See ya'll in 1 1/2 months :)

Last day of part 1 of this challenge and I didn't do like I hoped but going to change somethings and hopefully I will have more than a 1.2lb loss :-)

Monday starts the part 2 of the challenge who is ready?? I am!!!

How is everyone enjoying summer? I wish I had a swimming pool cause I could stay in one all day lol.....

NO I haven't. I was hoping someone would reply so I could find out the answer myself.....might just have to google it (?).

I sure hope I do better at this one than the last (the last one I lost at first, then gained due to choosing to eat extremely poor and not work out. I used moving, living in a camper for part of the time, changing jobs, husband going through cancer treatment for the 2nd time, etc. as excuses. Now I'm ready for no more excuses!! Just glad I didn't gain it all back!!)

This challenge has an (almost) perfect end date for me. October 22 is my birthday. I really want to be proud of my achievements (diet, exercise) on that day.

Hiya, just a note to say that the other challenge I was participating in decided to extend out, so I will be opting out of this one. Bummer as I was kinda excited, but I'm already doing the Biggest Loser challenge on here as well...so don't want to get involved in too many. Best of luck to everyone on here though and hope you all get to your goals :)

Hope everyone is having a fun and safe 4th of July.... It a wet rainy day out where Im at...... Well I got off track and bought some junk food so I gained a pound but that means I just to work out a little harder this time..... My goal this time is to loose 10lbs and keep it off.....

I just joined the forum today. I'd like to give this my best shot! My goal is to lose about 40 pounds. What type of diet programs are you all using? I plan to use the Eat Clean Diet. I just added myself to the spreadsheet.

ok, so today is officially Day 1 for me.
I'm new to this posting on line stuff, so forgive me if I "overpost". My plan is to use this challenge and this site to hold myself accountable. I'll be posting what I eat throughout the day each day as well as whatever physical activity I get done for the day.

With that said...
M1: Microwaved scrambled eggs, 1 eqq, 2 egg whites, 1 c chopped spinach, 1/4 c red and yellow peppers, cup of coffee

M2: Mid Morning- 3 boiled eqq whites, cup of coffee

M3: Lunch - Chopped romaine lettuce, grilled chopped chicken, fresh strawberry salsa (Dos Coyotes restaurant style), glass of lemon water

Plans for the afternoon/evening:
M4: Afternoon snack-4 ozs grilled halibut, lemon water

M5: Grilled salmon, asparagus, fresh sliced nectarine, more lemon water

Activity for the day so far:
20 minute Total gym workout -chest, back

Would like to get in a brisk hour walk tonight. Will let you know how that works out...

Nervous for weigh in tomorrow :( Went on a mini vacation and did horrible with eating, but at least I got some exercise. We shall see what tomorrow holds!

Well my dr put me on some meds to help me loose weight and so far they have made me want to eat less.... I am very happy about this since I am an emotional eater.....


@goin4it - You can do this!! Your meals looked awesome!!


@alyssarof2012- you can microwave eggs by putting them in a bowel(not the shell) cook them for about 2-5 mins

Hope everyone is doing well and having a great summer..... Your kids start back to school yet? My friends kids are starting to go back to school..... I am already ready for summer to be over and for halloween to be here lol

Yea I am so happy about the new meds the dr has me on I am loosing weight and it has helped me not eat as much or want to eat as much as I use to.... I def have seen a big decrease in my eating cause I am bored/upset. I just hope I can keep it up lol.... Now just have to get more exercise in lol
