WARNING: pity party!!!

What if I'm stuck at 193 forever???? I've been here for over 10 days with a half pound fluctuation here and there. Wahhhhhhh.... Poor me! I hate when my weight stalls out cuz I always think the same thing:

(No advice needed, just needed to whine)

 to you Mozzy.... Maybe throw that darn scale into the way back part of the closet (Give it a TIME OUT) and then rescue it in a few days and see if it has changed its tune! ... You have come so far and the number will go down. ..It really will. Sometimes I think we just get tested for our perserverence... and you have that with extra to spare!

I hear ya, girl! No judgement from us!!! Glad to hear you know you don't need actual advice and that you know you are awesome. To perk yourself up however, lol hold a canteloupe or something. Then weigh yourself. Then, put the canteloupe down...and VOILA! Instant weight loss! :P

Hang in there!:D

One thing I learned, sometimes you just gotta be patient and give your body a little time to catch up with what you are doing!

I used to have this goofy idea in my head, that if I stuck to the food plan and got some exercise and tracked it all, every time I knew I was good, a pound should go *POOF*! And the fat cells should disappear into whatever black hole they float away to, courtesy of the weight loss fairy.

Does not work that way so much.:?:

Patience! I lost very slowly the last time, but, the good habits have stuck, and I'm maintaining, and it hasn't been the battle it used to be.

I hear 'ya, Mozzy. I've been stuck for over a month now. But for some unknown reason this morning the mental clouds have lifted so maybe the good mood will make the weight get lifted as well. Good luck.
