Question Calorie cycling?

Would it be better to calorie cycle or to eat the same amount of calories everyday? Which makes you lose weight faster?

Also, when you calorie cycle, is it better to have extreme differences like 800 calories one day and 2000 the next?

CC helps me not go crazy. I am less restrictive on my higher days. My range is 1200-1800 my average is 1500. I usually have higher weekends, but they are not crazy high...I make sure my weekly number does not exceed 10500.....This number was higher when I started and has slowly decreased over a year and a half.

At this point my loss is slow, but I have never had a serious stall.

for simplicities sake I usually eat the same amount of calories daily but when i hit plateau i cycle and its usually enough to kickstart my losses again. personally i'd never go as low as 800 calories..i try to stay between 1200 and 1500 a daily, upping it to 2100 calories when i cycle.
