I wasn't taking the fish oil because of the nausea, then last time I had fish I had a bad allergic reaction--so no more fish for me. But after a month and a half I am really feeling like I need an oil, my skin is getting pretty dry and I think it would help.

My usual counselor isn't the most savvy with nutrition, so I was wondering if anyone knows of an oil substitute for fish? I am imagining the vegetarians must take something different?

Your consultant didn't recommend the Total Woman? It's flaxseed and evening primrose oil.
