Yes, I know. But whey seems to spike insulin. Probably not as much as glucose would. I came upon it when I tried to figure out why IP does not allow yogurt. Regular yogurt has plenty of whey. The overall effect of whey is beneficial. It just may not fit precisely into IP's theory.

Anyhow, this would affect ketosis, as glycogen stores would be replenished if you consume too much whey. Probably at the levels of IP, this is not a big problem. It just shows things are not always that easy.
