Eek. I am having all types of emotions today and I opened up a bag of pizza rolls and filled the whole plate full. Something told me not to do it but as usual I ignored it. I put them in the microwave and took at the plate and just stared at them when they were done. Something just clicked in my head asking if it was worth it. I decided it wasn't and dumped the whole thing. ;) I'm not usually that strong.

I did that once-with a bunch of cut up large baked potatoes.... I dumped them down the drain. Good for you! :D

I wish I had your strength today! I had a glass of chocolate milk (at least is was skim) and a pack of nutty bars which was 300 calories and 22g of sugar and so not worth it. Not sure what came over me there, I've been doing so great. Anyways congrats for tossing the junk you don't need it!! :)

That's awesome! I really wanted some cookies (honestly the sleeve) but took a protein bar and moved on....why does it only taste so good when there's way too much? I told myself if I couldn't have the whole package it wasn't worth it. So weird. Wtg on the dumping trick I will keep that in mind for future temptations
