Goal Photo Album - Made it to goal! (Featherweight)

It took a little over year but I finally lost that stubborn last 15p that I have been hanging on to since 2007. I started 3FC @ 155p but I was actually in the low 170's in 2006. I managed to lose most of that during a period of high stress but the last 15p is credited to Jillian Michaels, eating in moderation and lots and lots of cardio/jogging. :)
First pic is about a month into it. I was actually a bit more fluffy but accidentally deleted my real start pic and I don't want to post any of my face, but you get the idea.
After pic is in jeans that barely fit and gave me muffin top galore. Not anymore! :D

Congrats! You look amazing! I know you say "featherweight", but weight loss at your level is often the hardest! So you are still hardcore to me! Enjoy your bod!!!

I hope you weren't discounting your effort and hard work by calling yourself a featherweight! AWESOME job. I can imagine it gets really hard toward the last 10-15 pounds! Wonderful commitment for sure.

Yes, the last 10-15p SUCK. :lol: Jillian is very tough but effective, I can't say enough good things about her except she's annoying so I had to mute the DVD and wear an ipod to keep me going. I started with 5p weights and then eventually went to 10p weights. I got bored with her after several months and started jogging to speed things up, now I want to go back to her to tighten up my arms/legs again since I lost some muscle definition from just doing lots of cardio since September.
FWIW, a lot of us here suffer with "bat wings" and I used to have very fatty upper arms (to the point I was uncomfortable wearing tank tops) and they have shrank a lot. Thank goodness because my upper arms really used to bother me, more than my spare tire. So there's hope!
I seriously never thought I'd see this day! Good luck everyone...KEEP GOING!! :carrot:

Holy crap! Passed my goal, I'm at 139.4 this morning and that was after eating breakfast! I'm 3 pounds from High School weight and I'm 38. :faint:

Update: It's been almost a year and I have still maintained my weight at 138-140p (my longest maintain ever) :carrot: however my main source of exercise now is running so I have lost some of the very nice tone Jillian gave me. My "after" pic looks fab in hindsight! Now I have slight love handles again. Boo..
We have a Weddingmoon booked in November so time to get back to work. :strong:
I still swear by Jillian and I should've never stopped!
