I know that Subway is pushing the low fat subs and the Jared story and all, but does anyone know how the new breads that they have affect the fat, calories, fiber listings for their subs? I asked at my favorite Subway, but the person behind the counter didn't know, and didn't know where I should go to find out.
Also Dotti's page has the points figured for the new sub breads. The old bread was 3.5 points for the 6" size so take the old figures and subtract that and add the new bread points for your sub.
