I've recently begun juicing, and it'd be great to use the fibre and bulk that's leftover. Maybe it would help to trim my food budget. :carrot: I tend to bake, so I'm wondering if there is a way to substitute at least some of the pulp for butter? Or, if perhaps anyone has tried to freeze pulp to use at a later time in soups or in other dishes?
