I had posted this is "getting out of the 180's" thread, but feel like I need to make it really public in order to coerce me to stick to the programs and hence acheive my goals.

My Goals for April

Weigh 175 by April 30th
Do Yoga dvd at least 3 days a week every week.
Use foot peddler 3 days a week (opposite days of yoga)
Drink 100+ ounces of water daily
Do something nice for myself once a week

Now that losing has become hard, I feel the need to throw down a gauntlet for myself to keep going and get to the next big goal - 100 pounds lost. That goal is only 7.2 pounds away.

Current Weight: 187.2

Start Weight - 280
Goal Weight - 120

I would LOVE to weigh 175 by the end of the April. That and continuing to do C25K are my goals :)
