Am I doing this right? All Bran extra fiber cereal per 1/2 cup:
50 calories, 1 gram fat, 13 grams fiber......2 points? Thanks.

should be 0 points per 1/2 cup serving...

if you have more than one serving, i would count it as one point...

it's the same with fiber one - what i usually do is have about 1 cup of that with 1/2-1 cup of skim milk and call it 2 points

I always count 1/2 cup of the All Bran extra fiber as a 1/2 point, 1 cup as 1 point
