Default Breakfast Ideas!!!

I was wondering if anyone had any high calorie breakfast ideas. I eat oatmeal daily but need a change. It can not be high sodium though. Thanks

Yes because I usually do not eat lunch. If I do it is usually only a salad maybe 200-300 calories. Thanks

I want maybe 500 calories for breakfast at least..

Bacon, eggs, toast, orange juice, that should run it up pretty quick.

The easiest thing to do would be to not categorize things as "breakfast foods" and "non-breakfast foods." For example, eat leftovers from last night's dinner for breakfast.

A typical breakfast for me is 2 eggs (fried or scrambled or poached), 2 oz. homemade sausage (ground turkey + seasonings), and 1/2 cup cottage cheese with fruit. 375 calories, 12g carbs, 20g fat, 38g protein. You can easily make the calorie count higher by increasing the number of eggs or amount of sausage, or by adding some cheese to the eggs, or including toast/English muffin.

Protein smooties are another option. Greek yogurt + unsweetened almond milk + strawberries and bananas + spinach = 268 calories, 34g carbs, 7g fat, 21g protein. Eat a hard-cooked egg and some cheese cubes with the smoothie and that brings you to 460 calories.

What about an egg white omelet with cheese? You can throw some other goodies you like in there, too.
