I've been off yesterday and today, been over by about five hundred calories both days. Sigh I'm not perfect lol I know why week before the TOM I want to eat everything. So I'm just being accountable even though I've been slacking recently. No fun but tomorrow is a new day and I WILL be better.

P.s. With a nasty head cold that won't release me from it's evil germy claws

You're still here and still tracking and tomorrow is a new day. And a week from now you'll have a post period energy burst. Just looking at the bright side for you!!!:carrot::dizzy:

Thank you Traci, I refuse to give up. I wasn't really thinking about next week but your right I always feel better the week after. Something to look forward to lol

I went off plan over my birthday weekend - felt bad for a few minutes before I remembered I can just get right back on plan.

So today I'm right back on plan and the weekend was just a tiny blip in the long run.
