Hello there... You can join in on any of the challenges shown in this forum. Some of them are continuous (lose 5 lbs) or some have start and end dates... but the start dates are not set in stone..... You can join in on one at any time. It just helps with motivation. Always fun to be socialable too with everyone. Good Luck!!
