My friend goes to WW with me but she has a slimfast shake for breakfast everyday since she is not a morning person
and doesn't have time to eat before taking off for work.
She just counts the points for the shake into her daily allowance and eats a proper lunch and dinner.
I occasionally eat the bars for breakfast or as a quick emergency fix when I am too busy to eat-again the bars count as points in your daily allowance.
I also just rejoined WW and am working hard at meal planning and cooking. It is work but it is worth it to eat healthy -well -balanced meals.
