That video made me feel so helpless and hopeful all at the same time. I can relate to everything that the caller was talking about and the advice from Jillian made so much sense. I feel like every doctor I've talked to really doesn't understand PCOS and most doctors really do just want to put a 'bandaid' on it instead of getting to the root of the issue.

She's so great! I knew she had PCOS, she mentioned it in TBL years ago. I think she's inspirational.

Some of the biggest loser contestants had PCOS! So you know how amazing they look after all the working out and correct food eating.

If they can do it we can too!

I read somewhere that Victoria Beckham has PCOS too.

It is such a huge relief to know I am not alone! I have been dealing with PCOS since I was 16. I still can not get a dr to come out and say "yes you have PCOS. This is what we are going to do" I have always heard "your to overweight, here is some birth control good luck!" Thank you ladies for sharing all your stories with the rest of us. It is truly a huge relief.
