Rhiko, yes we are about as random as you can get. Threads close at 500 posts. At one time some one wondered if the last person to post was a Threadkiller , that was all the encouragement that was needed and Threadkiller was born.
Any subject is OK as long as it is not something that might land you in jail.

Oh, Bargoo, if he were, I would be the woman in that joke. He sooooo makes me sweat in places that ladies aren't supposed to talk about. I wanna do such dirty, dirty things to him. :s:

OMFG! The interstate has been shut down for 4 days and we have been getting SLAMMED at work. The place I work at is a freaking institution in this area along with having semi parking. HOLY MOLY we are even getting newbies sent to us by use of the CBs. Hungry truckers are a fickle lot. Most are being pretty cool, but it just takes one SOB to get a mess going, and after the 3rd day they started getting attitude. Well boyz, this here is one little honey that just don't put up with it.

Plus, the owners decided to go visit their son in CA. The mom who runs the front is 73 and the dad who runs the kitchen is 80 and those two work EVERY NIGHT. The regulars are tripping out over their "disappearance". Me, I'm ready to collapse. Ya see, turns out I'm kinda bright, so after a month of waitressing, I'm on register and doing the closing in "Mom's" stead. I think they figured they better take their only chance at getting outta Dodge whilst they have someone who can close nights and before someone quits. And so, of course we have these road closures kicking us in the @ss the day they leave. :dizzy:

However, I did walk out with $150 cash tonight and I can't wait to see how I did on Credit Card tips at the end of the pay period. It's gonna go quite a ways towards paying for my welding classes which I will be starting in June.

The primary question is: Are there 99 Luftballons or 99 UFO's?

The second question is: Why is the 100th Luftballon Red?

Peeing beer does not resolve these questions.

Good luck, Rhiko, with your paper about the Griffin Vulture (https://www.google.com/search?q=Griffon+Vulture&rlz=1C1RNBN_enUS459US459&tbm=isch&tbo=u&source=univ&sa=X&ei=VXZ1UYCnJsiM0QHE74DABw&ved=0CEIQsAQ&biw=1280&bih=620&sei=XHZ1Ua3GDrLE4AO98ICYBQ). I wear a down vest - sold as goose down, but I suspect it to be Chinese duck down.

Which doesn't address the question of whether you intend to frighten your next class (as differs from First Class) with a 50 meter griffon. Whose down isn't sold in this country, a shame, really, since that 'salota down.

bargoo

You don't you get down from a duck.

Rhiko
04-25-2013, 11:51 AM
It is a lot of down, especially if you are in the next class which is the underside of the griffon! This is a little trickier now that my griffon has been downsized (after actually measuring, via googlemaps on my street, how tall 25 metres is!).

Rhiko, remember there are two definitions for the word down.

Sigh. Yes, I know you mean down feathers. I'm asking if you get the feathers from a giant duck, just like the ones in first class are from my giant griffon. However, a giant duck would also help to step down from an elephant, so I was playing on both meanings.

But please, draw a picture if you want to.

The Lexus SC430 costs just under US $70,000 and is clumsy with poor handling.

There's a lot of room with US $66,000 to add ugly.

We're hoping to do the Hot Rod Power Tour this summer...still trying to get a few more things to line up before making the final commitment. This is my sisters car that they show and take on the tour. Believe it or not the 56 chevy is a tornado survivor... the Lexus that was sitting next to it in the garage was not. The house was totally gone too. But all the family made it fine. I was just being goofy in my "spring hat" cause someone said I needed to wear a floppy hat in the convertible!! LOL

We looked at so many cars before we decided to get the Allante. And several corvettes too. But we really wanted to get a decent classic for a decent price without it needing a whole lot of work. Plus, a reason we decided to not go with a corvette is if we are doing power tours we have no room for the puppies and no room for any luggage. Even being gone just a week we still need stuff..... so went for this instead.

One of the strangest things about the so-called Land Of The Free is that in some jolly states, such as mine in Maryland, it is illegal to send or receive alcohol by mail. You heard me.

Freedom? Nope. Bring back the Queen. In England you can buy whisky at a gas station on a Sunday morning.

Now that is freedom!

I'm listening to country right now.

It just about covers everthing I like. Girls. Trucks. Beer. Denim. Moonshine.

And driving through fields?

My brother once took my mum's car and got it stuck in the mud in a school playing field which he decided to drive through. He was too young to drive and did not have a driving license. The police turned up. And they called AAA. AAA pulled them out of the mud. He drove home. No-one checked his driving license.

Magical.
