I am that type of person that has no willpower. I would normally make excuses not to exercise and eat a lot when I am bored or emotionally unstable. I'm almost now addicted to reading this forum and seeing all of the posts. I have learned a lot and for once in my life, I have committed myself to losing weight. Even though it has been just over 1 week, I have to thank 99% of my success of staying track to this site and all of the supporting members and all of their knowledge.

But the 1 thing that puts me over the edge to keep going is glancing at the GOAL forum every now and then. Seeing the amazing transformations motivates me like nothing else. Knowing that 1 day, I will be in that forum.
