Come out wherever you are! Props to Rana for hanging in there in Feb with 570 min! (Hope the knee is better!)

Since I actually have MINUTES this time? I'm soooo plonking them down, dude. :)

3 hours. Actually measured and pedometered. Still not the level I want but better than being a ghost here!

My kid and I are signing up to do PALA. Hopefully she will help me stay on the ball there.

I've got a few minutes for the pot. My Sunday walks are 45 minutes long and I have another 20 minute walk I had logged on Saturday.

My Minutes for March: 110
New group minutes: 290

I bought new shoes on the weekend so my feet are happy. I had to get men's shoes though--my feet have gotten so wide!!!

I've done an one mile and two mile "walk away the pound" on youtube.

I was doing many things yesterday clearing out and cleaning storage stuff and not "formal" exercise I could measure in minutes. So I'm adding steps then for those who do pedometer sometimes like me.

My kid and I restarted PALA (https://www.presidentschallenge.org/index.shtml)and each hope to earn another one.

So we went for a walk.
