Mini-Goals - 1st week of Ideal Protein down! I made it through!

I started IP one week ago. It was a week of emotional highs and lows. The first 3 days were hard, the third day being the worst. I was able to push through with a willpower I didn't know I was capable of. I found what helped my mind set was to get into bed each night and be proud that I made it through another day. About day 5 I started to feel better physically and emotionally. My first weigh in this morning and I'm down 6 pounds and an average of 1.5 inches around. Well worth it! I'm glad I have started this journey, and look forward to seeing whats ahead of me. :cloud9:

Awesome!! Congrats!! The first week of a lifestyle change is always the hardest for me. And you lost 6lbs!!! Keep doing what you are doing, it's working great!!
