Default Shift workers

I currently work 4 on and 4 off 12 hour shifts.
Two day shifts and two night shifts.

For all those lovely shift worker's out there what are some things you do to keep yourself occupied and full throughout the days and nights you work?

I also hate my own cooking, there has been weeks I've precooked my meals for my shifts and I've thrown it away and settled for fast food. (I know horrible...)

I work 12 hour night shifts, from 7pm-7am. Working this shift, I gained about 20lbs in 4 months because of all of the junk that I was eating. I have since started eating only food that I have brought from home. I also only eat fruits and vegetables/beans in the overnight hours. This keeps me full, because I can eat practically as much as I would like without going over calories. I have started making my own vegetable soup, which is super low calorie and filling. Plus, it is soooo nice on these cold nights! To keep the boredom snacking at bay, I eat sunflower seeds in the shell. Cures my salt cravings, and it takes so long to eat that you can't get too far off track!
