I am going to attempt to do cardio at the gym even though it is my day off :)

Monday 5/19/03

I have down the past few days with horrible toothache and now the stomach flu. Talk about a double whammy :( Needless to day my diet has been fairly liquid since Saturday. Now I am just trying to keep broth down. Hopefully it will pass by tomorrow.

I've promised myself to start journaling again tomorrow. I haven't journaled since I think, Thursday, and there is **** to pay on the scales. I just realized what a stress eater I am also.

Back to re-motivating myself!
