Smile 10% Today!
Our meeting was canceled last night,so went to the other one today. I was so surprised that I lost 3.4 lbs. and made 10% today! Gave me such hope. I have been losing,on average around 1.6 lbs. a week. I feel so much healthier,now that I am eating fresh fruit,veggies,whole grain,and lowfat dairy,and lean protein. I am trying to stay away from processed food. It's paying off! Down 18.6 pounds.

Great job! I am thinking of joining WW again. I have in the past and I always quit. I hate going when I know I have gained or remained the same. Thought about online, but I think I need the accountability. What to do, what to do!?!

Great job! I have been thinking of joining WW....again! Need a kick in the pants, plus thinking a weekly meeting might help met new people in the area. Problem is I have failed so many times because I hate going when I know I haven't lost or worse yet gained.
