I have gained all the weight I lost plus gained more and have gotten all the way back up to the highest weight I have ever been... I am ready to loose this weight I have gained back.. I am not going to be down on myself I am going to fight to gain my life back.

So here is goes. The challenge is 4 months. I don't want to be all about the scale but we will be doing a BL type challenge where whoever has the highest % weight loss. Also I would like to see and hear about the small and big non scale victories.

I would like to join also. I have been stuck between the 30's & 40's for months; it's time for me to make goal. I joined the gym and I'm going to put in an hour a day 6 days a week. I hope to be at goal by the end of this challenge. It's going to be hard and a lot of work, but I'm going to make it. Hopefully we can keep each other motivated.

I am 30 years old, female, work full time as a nurse, and calorie counting is what I find easiest to follow.

I'm aiming to lose 30 pounds which will put me at my lowest weight since I was 12. I have been slacking in the exercise department and I want to tone my arms and legs up nicely so I'll be going to the gym 3 times a week minimum. Good luck to you all!

I love this and am in. I am hoping to be at my 'new' goal weight in 4 months. I originally didn't think I could or wanted to get lower than 170 but I'm only 17 pounds from that and I'm pretty sure I could/should lose more than that.

I want in too! I do not want to be walking around overweight in the baking city heat this summer, not again!! I'll start with my weight from the 4th :)

Everyone's body is different, and there are all sorts of reasons that you might not drop a pound, or might even gain one. The point is to stick with it. Yay, us!

I may have lost .5 but entering 0 to err on the side of caution. It's hard for me to see the tiny lines on my scale, so although I know I'm still under the big 250 line I'm not sure how much. I really need to get a digital scale with BIG display numbers, LOL. I know I ate right and exercised so I'm still happy with the week.

I just bought this one a month ago and love it. You can program your info into it without a computer (when I was looking there were a couple highly recommended but they required updating with computers and I didn't want to do anything like that) and it tells you body fat%, bone mass, water info, etc.

Me, too. Plus, I think that my analog scale was kind of inaccurate. I bought a no-frills digital scale off of Amazon.com for about $20 by a company called Ozeri. It's been working great over the last six months, and according to my weigh-ins at the doctor's office, is fairly accurate!

My weight loss is happening kind of slowly, but I'm making progress. I think that it will pick up after my body gets used to the idea that I'm doing a lot of strength training, now. You know how it is with muscle tearing and the scale.

I'm having wicked PMS so the next like week and a half, I'm going to avoid the scale, since I just started out I don't want to get discouraged by seeing a water-weight gain. But I haven't caved on my no processed carbs diet!

I'm in too! Better later than never.
Like to hit the 130's by the end of this, so at least 21 pounds, but more would be better as far as I am concerned.

I plan to get there with low carbs and reintroducing myself to my treadmill, elliptical and WII, because I am lucky enough to have them here. I need to use them.

SIGH. I know that I'm building muscle, because my measurements have actually decreased at my hips, arms and bust... STILL, it's a bummer that my scale number hasn't improved. At least I'm not above me starting weight? :shrug:

I couldn't stay away from the scale hard as I tried. But I'm still down 3 lbs from last week! I was kind of surprised because I'm definitely bloated.

I am hypothyroid and hypoglycemic so... I'm not sure yet what I will be eating. Less sugars, no grains, and fewer calories.

Eh I don't know whats happened the last couple of weeks but I am due a big loss sooooooooooooooooooooooooooon...

I have had a rough past couple of weeks, too, as far as the scale is concerned. Keep the faith. If you are putting forth the effort, you will be rewarded. It just might be delayed a bit. I know that this is a weight loss thread, but have you tried taking your measurements? When in doubt, that has helped me a ton.

Sinbin, I was like that for 3 weeks. 2 of my sisters said they both had plateaus that lasted 3 weeks so I tried to be patient and wait it out. Yeah, the patient thing really isn't me. I kicked the scales, I screamed, I cried, I prayed BUT I stayed on plan. Sure enough it finally turned around! I went up and down and up and down and up and down between about 257.2 and 255 but I have lost 2.2 pounds since Sunday (253.4) and my TOM started yesterday! I wish I could have seen the numbers without Fred (that's what I call my TOM.....from junior high, when my best friend and I named him after Freddy Krueger) hanging around!!!
Don't give up! I know it seems impossible and you are probably frowning at your computer screen right now, and maybe rolling your eyes, but it will happen!!

I TOTALLY went off plan since weighing in a week and a half ago. So thankful I gained less than 2 pounds! I don't know why I've been so stressed and not caring about what I eat. Today though I vowed to get back on track! No more focusing on the negatives (Job is super stressful and I'm trying to get out of it, can't have kids because my husband's cancer treatment ruined the swimmer producer, sister is pregnant again....why can't I just have ONE kid, house won't sell so husband has to commute 2+ hours/day, etc.) and am going to focus on the positives (a loving and supportive husband, our current house payment is comfortable and we have a lot of savings built up but all that would go away if we bought this other house, I know other people who were told they could never have kids and 5-15years later magically got pregnant, adoption is an option, I have 3...soon to be 4 adorable nieces/nephews, I have a good paying job that is pretty stable, I might be able to switch to my dream job around November, etc.)

I just put myself on the spread sheet even before checking in here. Hope its ok if I join up this late in the game. I love long term goals. And its perfect because I am already doing monday weigh ins. So I was abel to fill in back a few weeks. I did however miss my weigh in this last monday. Weekend wasn't good and I used that as an excuse to avoid the scale like the plague. But with this challenge I'm going to need to be weighing regardless! This will be good accountability. So it's more like 3 months left at this point?

I'm setting a weight goal, but honestly I will be happy with any real weight loss. Also I think I'll set a realistic goal and then a stretch goal.

Goal 20 lbs ~ 170.8
Stretch Goal ~ 160.8

Losing 30 pounds in three months seems pretty difficult. Especially since it would land me probably near if not too my final goal for weightloss (Final goal is to be determined since I need to see how my body changes as I go down before I'll know how much I really need to lose). But 20 lbs in three months is like 7 lbs a month. Still going to be alot of work. But I think it's pretty feasible.

I'm excited to finish reading you ladies posts so far and see how everyone one is doing.

One more thing is that this ends at a perfect time for me. It's right before i go on vacation and I don't want to have to buy a new larger bathing suit before I go. (I doubt I could fit in the ones I have. Since I basically havent worn a suit in two years and I was about 175 when I last did wear a suit)

You are a strong woman for trying to lose weight while juggling all of those stresses. So what if you had a bad week, or two? You recognized it! And, it's not like you gained ten pounds! Hang in there.

I did happen to weigh in today at 226 which is a whopping 3.5lb in 2 days and no doubt I will jump up a pound tomorrow and then stay the same for about a week or two. I guess I may learn patience by the time I am at goal but I highly doubt it.

I just read some of your post but have not gotten a chance yet to read them all. I will try and read them all today. I have fallen behind a week after I posted this but thank god I finally got back on track. I am hoping and praying I can get back down to the weight I was in like 08-09 which was about 230-250lbs I looked and felt so much better back then.... Here I come 230's

We can do this and let hope I can remember to weigh in weekly. Me and my fiance being out of work and no luck finding jobs so far is hard on us and very stressful.... I have gained some weight just from stress eating. I really hope to be back on track for awhile.... It is going to be hard but so is being fat so I choose the loosing weight hard

Keep posting girls. Even if you miss a week or two come back anyways cause we all slack but it the coming back that is important. Never give up... I am soooo ready to be out the 280's and 290's I hate the yoyoin I been doing ready to get healthy.....

You can join at anytime. There is no time limit except when the last day of challange and since this one seems to be going good I might start a fall/winter one after this one....

Loosing weight and making a large amount weight lost goal is fine, I have done it, but it going to be how I feel when loosing the pounds and what clothes I can fit back into and get to throw away the BIG clothes will be my MAIN goal :)

Keep it up girls!! We got this..... Everyone takes time off, has things going on in their life, and may not loose big numbers for awhile but trying is the main thing it shows you want to change your body and that is a good thing.... I want to change my body to a smaller size so I can do more things with my nieces, it more about what I can do then what I will look like :P

Hmmm just thinking about how great it will be to get to my goal by the end of this this challenge. Last time I weight 170 was two summers ago and I have a few pairs of shorts and cute tops I bought that summer and had to stash away last summer. It would be like getting new cloths again!

I know that slow and steady wins the race. And I'm happy to know I am taking it day by day to work towards losing this weight. But I seriously dont want to spend this next summer in the 180's like I did last summer. I bought one pair of shorts and a few bigger (and looser styled) tank tops last summer. I really don't want to spend all summer wearing a few things again. I'm not ready to give up the baggy winter cloths, I am afraid I wont fit into anything warmer weather appropriate! Anyways we had a few nice days last week. I know that buying a few new items to tide me over wouldn't be the end of the world. But shopping lately is far from fun and very depressing. I hate buying cloths right now!

I want in too! I do not want to be walking around overweight in the baking city heat this summer, not again!! I'll start with my weight from the 4th :)

Not bothered about the competition, I'm only competing with myself, but that is enough :D I'll be ramping up the exercise soon, so if I don't make it, I don't mind, I just want some accountability to keep me pointed in the right direction ;)

That the way to look at it, I started the challenge just so I and others on this site could have a place to stay motivated and challenge themselves.... You go girl!

Hey, y'all! I was checking out the spreadsheet as I entered my number for today, and am SO impressed with the general downward trend! If you didn't lose this past week, no worries. Everyone's body is different, and there are all sorts of reasons that you might not drop a pound, or might even gain one. The point is to stick with it. Yay, us!

I love it cause you can stay accountable but it not where you are making yourself crazy cause you didn't loose so much or you didn't loose as much as someone else. It all about your personal best and how you feel and not so much how you look :-)

I may have lost .5 but entering 0 to err on the side of caution. It's hard for me to see the tiny lines on my scale, so although I know I'm still under the big 250 line I'm not sure how much. I really need to get a digital scale with BIG display numbers, LOL. I know I ate right and exercised so I'm still happy with the week.

I never liked the line scales I could never tell how much I actually weighed, I was so glad when I got my digital scale :)

As long as you are happy with your progress that is all that matter so you go girl!!!:)

@fadedbluejeans - I bought a digital scale on sale for the exact same reason. It is worth it to buy it, imo!

I just bought this one a month ago and love it. You can program your info into it without a computer (when I was looking there were a couple highly recommended but they required updating with computers and I didn't want to do anything like that) and it tells you body fat%, bone mass, water info, etc.

I really want one that does all of that and I didnt know that they had ones you had to program with a computer, it like an iphone, which is crazy I stick with scales that dont have to be programed by a computer just like I stick with my android lol..

Like to hit the 130's by the end of this, so at least 21 pounds, but more would be better as far as I am concerned.

I plan to get there with low carbs and reintroducing myself to my treadmill, elliptical and WII, because I am lucky enough to have them here. I need to use them.

I just worry about how many calories I am taking in and burning think I should start also caring about my sodium intake.

I love the Wii, especially the Wii fit and zumba it is awesome. I need to start back using my treadmill. I got so busy doing things and looking for job and then storm came and knocked power out so could then now I think I need to start back before I can make more excuses because really I dont have any and I just learning that.

I went of plan and gained but glad I got back on track.. It not getting off that counts imo it if you get back on track that is awesome.... I have been trying to see the positive in everything lately as well. I get so mad at girls who get pregnant and don't want kids and mistreat them but people like me who want and have tried and tried to have a baby, but with no luck the HPT always says negative :( that is always heart breaking. I looked at it like I have two beautiful nieces that I get to love and spoil and for now that is how god wants it to be. I know when and if he wants me to have my own I will have them. I wish I could adopt but neither me nor my fiance have jobs and have been looking and looking with no luck :( It has been stressful but I keep telling myself that god will place in the jobs where are meant to be at when we are meant to have them.

It is more than alright to join late. You can set your goal as high or as low as you want. It all up to you. I like to set big goals for myself and if I reach that number that be great but if not I will be happy with whatever I do loose.

I believe accountability is what weight loss is all about... Staying accountable for what I put in and how I treat our body.

Sorry I couldn't get to everybody but I did read them all and I am so glad to see so many people joining this challenge and trying to stay accountable. I has motivated me even more to log what I eat and stay on plan. Thanks yall and may we all be who we imagined us to be.. The thin girl inside of me is more than ready to come out :)

I know what you mean and with the stress I have been under lately and my emotional eating, I am having to take it mintue by minute and day by day.... It was so much easier gaining all this weight but I can do this!!!

I know I have alot clothes I wish I could fit in and I am so tired of wearing the same baggy pants and tshirt since nothing else in my closet fits me right now..

I am ready for some but not ready clothes and looks wise. I am just ready for this weight to be off but hopefully by the end of this challenge I will be atleast 20-30lbs lighter.

I hate shopping for clothes right now as well I get so depressed and upset that I can wear things like I did 2 years ago :( I think that is part of what is motivating me is the clothes and me being able to just throw clothes on and not have to worry about covering up my tummy fat. I dont plan on buying anything till I loose weight cause if I buy more things that fit I prob not have the same motivation I have not to get smaller to be able to fit into my smaller clothes....

Me and my fiance just started watching are sodium in take long with our calories and it looks like it going to be hard work watching both and balancing them out.... Just have to try and watch what I eat when we go out as well. Going to try getting whatever has the lowest sodium on the menu. just hope I don't give into temptation...

I just have to try and learn that fresh is better than canned/boxed foods... I just don't like how the fresh foods don't last as long as the can and box food does.... I buy for month at a time now but guess if do mostly fresh I have to buy for a week at a time...

Do any of yall have any good and yummy healthy recipes? I don't eat squash, celery, avocados, cantaloupe, honey dew melon, or peppers(well I do cook with rotel sauce). So if you have recipes that don't include those then that be awesome. :-) They are a couple other things I dont like but it almost 1am here and my brain is not working right now lol...

Good morning all and happy weigh in day. I am drinking coffee and hoping for "eh hem" a BM (sorry is TMI), I REALLY want to wait until that to weigh. I am hoping to be back at what I weighed two weeks ago.

I am super excited to have 4 solid on plan days under my belt. All UNDER my 1600 calorie goal. And I worked out in some form or another 3 of those 4 days.

It's funny I have only been sticking with staying on track for 4 little measly days. But I feel like I have such a good string going. I set a mini goal of 5 days OP in a row. I'm hoping to make to 2 weeks with all on plan days. Then I'll set a goal for a month!

When I have lost weight before I have never been consistent as I'm starting out this time. It makes me feel as if I have this whole world of possibilities in weight loss.

I'll be checking back with my weigh in weight. And hope everyones days go well.

So I decided to fill the date sout on the thread to show whats going on on the chart. Also I decided to outline some goals for each week. I know these are lofty and while I may make some, I am already telling myself that any overall trend down is a win. So no sadness if I dont lose this fast. Since I know the more you lose the more difficult it get to lose quickly, I did a lofty goal of 2 lbs per weel for the first 10 lbs, then lower it to 1.5 lb a week goal. And at the end just a lb a week. By 165 I'll be low enough to need to evaluate if I want to lose more or be at goal! How exciting! I can do this. And looking at this chart is such a motivation to make it happen!

Personally, I'm fairly satisfied and motivated by my progress. It's true that it's taken me a month to lose 5 pounds, which is slower than the rate which I was hoping for... still, I feel stronger, can see evidence of my muscles building up and replacing some of that jiggly stuff. I'm pretty happy, basically.

wannabfitnessbuff - I didn't welcome you! WELCOME! I see that you have super-realistic goals. You can do it!
Countrybarbie24 - I read about your work situation. Oh, my gosh. I remember when my fiance K. was laid off. We were both stress eating like crazy. That's part of where I gained all of my extra pounds from. I was soooo stressed finishing my degree, and he was despairing about not finding a job. Eventually, he got one. I am sure that you two will, too. Anyway, I feel you on the stress eating. Best wishes - stay strong! Control what you can :)

wannabbuff- I am doing the same thing. I am so proud of myself. I have been OP for 6 days in a row now and still going strong. I am proud how far I have come in these 6 days. I am now going to set my goal to try and stay OP for 6 more days.... It takes one day at a time and sometime one mintue at a time. We can do this we just have to keep setting those little goals and one day we will be where we want to.

Mostly I have been under or right on my 1800 calorie goal. I have been doing either yoga or dancing you can really burn some cals if you do it long enough..

you got this girl any loss is a good loss... you are an inspiration to me to keep going like I have been...


RVA 5lbs in a month is slow I guess but at the end you are 5lbs lighter and that is AWESOME! you got this!!!! don't give up.... Yes it has been very stressful but I have decided not to let what I cant change defeat me and make me unhealthy. It is sooooo hard to not just lay in bed and eat. I know that I have to make myself eat right and workout.... I am trying to keep my faith that everything will work out like it is suppose to and right now I have time to just worry about working out and getting healthy....


Going to log my weight and then get up and get my day started... Have few things to do today then hopefully I can get me a really good burn in.... Calorie wise so far so good have been doing good on my portions...

Ok, so I bought a digital scale which told me I was 7 pounds higher than I thought (boo!). I've adjusted my numbers accordingly. The good news is the number is still moving downward :)

SW- 250 = 257 adjusted
LastWeek - 248 = 255 adjusted
CW = 254 per new scale
GW- 232 (-25)

I'm stuck in the mindset that "April 1st I'll get back on track" and just can't bring myself to eat better right now. So far this morning though I've started the morning out good, and have planned some good food today that will still end up at a calorie loss (I also haven't been exercising either. We've been having showings for our house that's for sale....sometimes 3 a day, plus a couple open houses recently, working 14 hour shifts, very active at church, etc. I've been making excuses to not exercise, but am confident that I'll get back on that horse too, cause I really do like it). I'm not worried. I'm willing to take this slow and have breaks. My goal this week is to be 242 next week, then start loosing again.

RVA- Thanks for the welcome. And I do hope they are realistic. I have not been able to lose past the intial whoosh phase that most people see when first starting any plan. So really I haven't a clue how my body will let go of or hold on to weight. But I know that as long as I stick to plan it will eventually all come off. Giving up is why I am where I am. So commitments about being on plan and hoping the result is quickish weight loss :).

CountryBarbie-- Thanks! I would love to be encouraging to someone else. I get on here for encouragement. And since being on plan (Now I have been OP for 6 days in a row!!!! Today will be one week down!!) I have checked in everyday. It really helps me. SO to think I can help someone who is helping me is so awesome.

So I have started everyday weighing. I had planned to do once a week and maybe periodicly more. But last few days I have weighed daily. Anyways this morning I weighed 182.4! I was in shock! I think I'll be on track to see 182.0 by next monday.

I have been OP for like a week now I am very proud of what I have done even though a few days I have went over my calorie goal and sodium intake goal, but I have been logging and except for yesterday I have been doing something to burn some calories so for that I am proud of myself :)

I love being inspired by people I inspire it to me is like a really good support system :)


I am stressing today over bills, school, and not to mention that Wow I was almost a really bad victim of a scam... I sell Avon and someone message me online to order and way they was talking they where scamers... I was smart enough to realize it was a fake check and called Buchanan sheriff office.... Now it is in the hands of the cops and I no longer have possession of that scam... I am trying to build my Avon business but coming soon I will have to change all my policies for everyone except the people I know....

I have prob gained some but I know it a constant battle since I am a food addict. I cant give up and I have to take it one day at a time and sometime I have to take it minute by minute because I am an emotional eater and stress eater....

I am trying not to be negative so for today my word of encouragement is country strong!!!!

Hey all just checking in. I saw a low of 182.6 (I think I'm remembering right) this week. But I was back to 185.2 yesterdat and this morning was down to 184.0. I had hope that by monday I'd see 182 again and be on track. But it's not looking too good unless I have a good big whoosh. Hope everyones on track!

Oh P.S. I did have a bad day last thursday. A bit too drink and overate at dinner. Also ate late late at night. That's when I saw it pop back to 185 the next day.

I decided to weigh tonite and I lost 2.6lbs since Mondays weigh in and I have been busy not eating over my calories. I have been under my calories and have been so busy moving my mama stuff in so she can stay with us a lil while and also been outside in this beautiful warm weather we been having last few days, working on my blazer. I burned a lot calories in last few days so guess why I lost 2.6lbs.... I think I need to find more thing to do so be less likely to eat lol.... I love not being cold and trying stay warm and being able go out and do things in my flip flops :) Been so busy so didn't get to log into MFP till today but was writing everything I ate and burned last few days on whatever so I could add them later...


I am sooo proud of myself.... I like staying busy outside doing things cause then I forget to snack on things that don't need to lol..... It will take time for all this weight that I gained all back in last 2 years to come off and hopefully stay off.... I think I will go ahead and log my weight for Monday now, but plan on still weighing and see if changes... TOM is suppose to be here and was two days ago but just spotting so see what it decides to do cause has mind of it own sometimes lol..... I went to the store today and really wanted something junky but didn't leave the store with any cause I know I just cant have a cheat day for two weeks cause I had one on Thursday and got me a Jack's Big Jack burger and fries.... I knew it wasnt healthy but I never get to go much since I live in the boonys and it like 15 minutes away...


I have found out that planning my meals for the next day really helps not over eat on my calories!!... Sodium is still hard to stay under but trying to limit it where I can.... I don't like or use salt so that aint the problem it the salt in stuff that already in there and I cant taste it... I wont eat something if I taste salt except fries from a fast food place....

As of today, I'm six months out from surgery and have no more activity restrictions on my repaired achilles tendon so I should be able to ramp up the exercise. I might still be able to reach my goal for this challenge.

I have been off plan the last three days (and those day have correlated with my not checking in on here. Ha! What a coicidence!) Anyways back on track today. I feel I need to be very diligent for at least the next few days and avoid the carby stuff. Letting myself eat a bit more processed food stuff is where it all began. I don't see how I could possibly be dow to 180 by mondays weigh in. Which make me really sad! But if I can just be back to 182 again I will take that as a victory. I'm probably a few weeks from catching up with my weekly weightloss goals at this point. But it isn't out of the realm of possibility yet. So thats a good sign.

Good to see so many on track!

Don't feel bad wannaBfitnessbuff...I went off track for a couple WEEKS, but am officially back on track today. I give the credit to this challenge because I felt like I still needed to weigh in weekly since I committed to this challenge, and it wasn't fun seeing the scale go UP. Usually I would have just avoided the scale and not known the damage.

I have a 2 weight gain but I wonder if it's muscle gain, because one of my shirts is lose on me than it was 3 months ago. Sucks, b/c next week is that TOM.

I have not been able to get online since the net at home is down and my cell phone was off and being sick and hurting....

I was off plan while I was sick but since I didn't eat much I guess I did ok lol

I didnt weigh this morning so I plan on weighing tonight or tomorrow.... Hope everyone is having a good Monday and hope yall had a great weekend.....

I received some good news in the mail today so I am hoping things will start to turn around for me soon.... I have a neck lipoma so since I don't have any insurance I have to wait but since it gotten so big I really need to have it removed.... On a positive note today is an ok day for me which means I am not hurting(I feel bad but not hurting).....

I needed a little light changed so I died my hair so it be a little light and had my hair cut.... Hope everyone is having a good day and hope everyone see their goal weight on that scale by the end of this challenge....

I gained when I was sick and had to lay up and rest but now I am back down to 291.2!!! I might not make it to my goal weight by end of this challenge but I am happy that im not giving up and if I am down 10lbs or even 5lbs by the end of this I be super happy :)

My fiance had an interview this morning and so hoping and praying he gets this job cause we really need some income since we have none at this moment.... we been borrowing money amd selling stuff just to have gas in the car and also to pay a couple of our many bills... im sooo sore from my niece being here this weekend, playing kroket(or however u spell it lol), and playing lots of wii baseball, boweling, and golf :)

It's been raining and really cloudy here the last 7 days. Need that sun to come out!
Had my first crazy weight related dream last night. In my dream I mentally thought that I looked like I weighed less than 200 pounds/super cute/fairly skinny/etc and was flirting with someone, but I walked by a mirror right after acting like I was "all that" and it showed me at over 400 pounds (which I've never been that high) and I was shocked. It took me a while after waking up to mentally wrap my head around reality (because in real life I know that I've always visualized myself as skinnier than I really am because I don't want to face the truth). Not sure where THAT dream came from.

I decided to randomly weigh this morning (I occasionally weigh in throughout the week when I get the "want to", but otherwise I "officially weigh in" Sunday or Monday--which ever day I don't work--). It said I've lost another 2.5 pounds! I stepped back off the scale, re-zero'd it and stepped back on 3 more times to make sure. I just started paying attention to the body fat% and water% to see how those are affected when I stay the same/gain when I KNOW I should have lost, and the water % went up compared to Sunday, and the body fat% went down, so maybe it's true?? I must be FINALLY getting my "whoosh". Hopefully that number will stick for the official weigh in. Just wanted to share this somewhere. (this means I'm finally back down to my ticker weight....and even BELOW it now! I'll finally be able to move my ticker down again!!!)
Can't wait to have a slimmer body for my new job and summer!

my net at home has been off so have not been on all my fitness and weight loss sites like I should have but I have been trying to stay on take with my mama staying with us. She has been bringing things that I didn't want in my house, so now I have to make myself not buy and eat junk food cause it is a lot harder looking at it then not..... Some things happen and my mama and her friend had to come stay with us. Dude is not a wanted guest in my house and he IS LEAVING next sat!!! He is annoying and weird. He is all up in our business and then if we do anything he wants to know why we did something..... I am like really?? So one day he asked where my fiance went and I said uh new york lol(which he didnt, he just went to take a nap lol, dude would have been like why he go take a nap them I would have slap the crap out of him) He don't have to leave GA(wish he would lol) but he aint staying here.... I be glad when I can weigh on my wii board naked again lol.... In spite of stressing cause my house is all disordered and in a mess, my weight going up and down, my cat is in heat and spraying my house(need a new couch now) I am very relieved that my fiance just gotten a job :)




I weighed yesterday and I was so happy to see that I lost a pound :) I was supper excited so I am hoping that I can loose at least another pound before Monday weigh in... Yoga and rowing squats is really good workout.... I am going to try and do those two workouts at least 3x a week.


Hope yall are doing great and that rather you loose a pound or inch or nothing it is still all going in the right direction, not up lol. If you have gained don't worry in this journey of weight loss and becoming healthy we will have set back(god knows I have plenty) and we will have ups and downs... Getting back up and keep going is what is really important cause I truly believe that failure is not what we couldn't finish in a certain time, it when we don't keep moving forward and giving up is when we have failed.

Sounds stressful countrybarbie! Saturday is less than a week away; you can make it until he leaves!
Congrats, too, on having the scale go DOWN. The excitement that that brings is something we all can identify with :carrot:.
I hope we can all stay on plan over the weekend! Yesterday I formulated my plan for this weekend, so that's what I'm going to try and stick to.

I cant wait only 3 more days till my unwanted guest leaves :carrot:

I am so ready to have my house back to somewhat normal. My mama will still be here so I cant have the house to myself :frypan: lol

I have decided to at least do some yoga so I am doing something everyday....

Well, the 235.9 didn't stick :mad: but on the plus side I've been doing really good staying on plan and am still loosing.

awesome half way to any goal is really great your almost half way there woot woot :) At least you are sticking to it and not giving up that is very inspirational :D






I have been going up and down with the same weight.... I am so ready to loose 10 pounds and keep it off.... I am proud of myself for not giving up......
When this dude leaves I plan on spring cleaning. Scrubbing my walls and floors with bleach and Lysol and washing everything down in the house.... taking all the curtains down and washing them, dusting, washing windows, etc..... I scrubbed some of my kitchen floor the other day because of a little flood in my kitchen lol..... I was thinking about moving the gas stove and scrubbing the floor under it and thanks that the water leak I got to do it :).... We don't like gas stoves so we don't use it so now that it is out the way I have more room in my kitchen :) We use a little electric stove range because I hate gas lol.... Soon I can afford it I will be paying to have the wiring put in for an electric stove :p

I also have some yard work projects in mind to keep me busy and off my butt watching TV lol.....

First off, hi y'all, after a long absence. Geez. After the wedding mid-April, my husband and I just went on diet/exercise vacation! UGH. So glad that it's a new month, so that I can refocus with a calendar to back me up.

Well my fiance finally found a job and I have a job interview Tuesday so hopefully I can get this job so the stress and worry about where money for our bills are going to come from will stop.... I have been so stressed but I am also trying to learn to just let things go and try not to stress but it is hard lol

I have been yo-yoing with my weight but am happy to say that I have lost a pound....

Going to tomorrow to get my cleaning supplies and I am going to spring the crap out of my house... going to wash everything even the walls and plan on scrubbing my floor really good.... so that help me from sitting down all day and will give me something to do :)


I plan on having another "challenge" after this one I'm going to call it part 2-- 4month summer fall challenge.... I have to find ways to keep me motivated.... Hopefully I can lose good amount of weight by next year this time.... I'm going to go ahead and post a thread and a spreadsheet where you can put your username.... In the middle of moving and changing jobs (plus a bunch of other stressors. Funny how everything hits at once), so haven't weighed in. I have been eating high calorie things, but only 2 meals a day, so not as bad as I usually do. Our whole house is packed into PODS, even our kitchen. Our frig is empty, washed out, air-ed out and unplugged and have been using the super tiny frig in the camper. Just found out my husband has to be on a special diet for the next 3 weeks of mainly fresh fruit/veggies and homemade stuff (like homemade bread, burgers, etc.) so he can have a test done to re-check for cancer. this means no fast food or even frozen meals from the store. I think that means I'll have to go to my mother-in-law's to make a bunch of things for him. Crappy timing because we move in 2 weeks, and switch to new job next week. Oh well. Super excited though cause we will be living across from a nature center that has lots of trails and stuff for activity, and the house is on 10 acres, so there will be no excuse not to move more

I have not been posting in awhile been a little off track and lazy from posting my weight.... I am very happy with myself today... I went grocery shopping this morning and I bought 95% of healthy foods.... I bought some healthier "processed" foods but tried to buy mostly fresh fruits and veggies... I bought some boneless chicken breast and tipilla fish to cook... I would consider this a step in the right direction and to me it was a non scale victory..... Going to post my weight.... by the time this challenge ends I don't think I will be at my goal weight but I am hoping that by the time the part 2 of this challenge ends I will be at my #1 goal weigh.... I have separated my goal weight into 4-5 small goals....


Hope yall are staying on track and enjoying your non scale victories along with your scale victories....

How is the summer treating you? Kids out of school? what is you favorite summer time workout.??.. Mine is the swimming pool :)

just a few days of eating healthy and fresh fruits and veggies all other sugary and salty "processed" foods make me not happy anymore.... I love my healthy foods and my fruits and salads ..... I bought the frozen yogurt instead of ice cream and I love it plus it doesn't make me want to eat the whole box I actually get full off a 1/2 cup sometimes less lol.... I still have hard time with eating out at fast foods but I am working on it... I am not sure that my less of an appetite for junk food has anything to do with my BC but since I started back taking it, it seems like all I want is healthy foods lol

Bluejeans, exactly the same thing happened to me -- I jumped 7lbs in a single week without really going off plan at all. :?::?: I kept hoping it was water weight and would disappear again but no, I had to do it the hard way and it took about a month.

I think we've done really well with this challenge and should give ourselves a big pat on the back. I'm definitely going on to the next one as soon as I have a starting weight.

well I been yoyoing through this challenge so from baseline weight to last day of challenge weight I have only lost 1.2 lbs not what I want but it is a loss and I am keeping on track so that is the positive I am looking at... Trying not to be negative... Hoping next challenge I will loose 5lbs and keep it off....
