Default NSV- Measurements!
Hey everyone,

I shared earlier this week that taking away my scale replaced one mental problem with another! Instead of compulsive weighing, I began to feel out of touch with my journey. I was still thinking about my weight loss a TONNE but I had no way of measuring my progress!

But then, AHA! I remembered I took measurements last week. I used to get confused with measuring because do you suck in vs. not suck in, and pull tight vs. pull just right? So, measuring with sucking in, and without pulling the tape tight, I've lost 4.5 inches in the 5 spots I measure. YEAH, BABY!!!

I also had to tighten a new belt notch this week!

So, no scale...but victories nonetheless. YAHOO!
