I've been MIA since late December...well I haven't fallen off the workout wagon, I'm actually more on it than ever!
On Dec 31st I deciced to join an online group of women doing Jamie Eason's LiveFit as a way to step into heavier lifting...so I dropped Body Pump and am loving life! Today I compelted day 44 (week 7!)

It has really changed my outlook on Fitness, my body and most of all my mind set. I have gained a few pounds (I'm not to the fat burning stage yet) but have dropped inches so I'll take the gain and not worry do much about the scale....best advise ever: Throw out your scale!
