Default Sigh I HATE My Scale Today

Week f5 weigh in and only .5 lb down. Are you freaking kidding me! And I was so good and behaved at that Superbowl party and did not stray!!!!
Okay...so I still lost 3 inches overallm but darn it I want that scale to move!!! And can't even blame it on TOM or anything like that. It has to be cosmic...something with the way the stars are in line with the moon and sun or something...

Mine will stay still for days, then drop 1 lb overnight. You'll get there!

(PS- Congrats on staying on your plan over the Superbowl!)

Remember that losses are measured in more than the scale - small scale loss coupled with a big inches loss means you are still losing!

It's also very common to have a low week if the previous couple of weeks had big losses. It all averages out over time and as long as the scale is moving in the right direction you're good!

I have been struggling with my scale this week also. So I feel your pain. WI tomorrow evening and I am just hoping for some inches.

Keep on the straight and narrow and you will do great!

Why that scale better move --down--next week or we pull the batteries or turn it into a can-opener! (Let's see if scare tactics work )

LOL

Once you get closer to goal, the loss slows down, however you lost # INCHES, look at that on a ruler and tell me thats not AWESOME!

Sadly, weight loss is not linear. Or easy. But if you remain consistent you will continue on the downward trend.

I feel your pain...I was only down .8 today. However, it's still going in the right direction, and that's what counts!

LOL IP43....turn it into a can opener! Thanks for that! And thanks to everybody else for their input...it is hard being a small loser! I wanna be a big time loser. Fact is I always want instant gratification..lol Patience is not my best virtue!
Let's hope next Wed is better. And ya...at least I lost some more inches!
Sigh....

I have to laugh otherwise I'm on the verge of bursting into tears these days!! Stoopid hormones. My PCOS meant that I'd go a year, maybe two, without seeing TOM. Now he shows up once a month whether I want him to or not. And he wreaks havoc (more TOMfoolery) every time he comes!
