Better Oats Brand Oat Revolution. I discovered this at Walmart yesterday. 5 pouches for $1. The calories and carbs are about the same as you would find in any oatmeal. What's different is the added flaxseed and vitamins/minerals. I got the Strawberries and Cream flavor, which isn't bad. I might go stock up on these before the price goes up.
