Congrats to our winners: bigmid, 18young, drinkypants and katrinakit.

I am recovering from a cold so it will be hard to get back at it. I wasnt tracking what i was eating and couldnt exercise. However, i am happy to have the blue team to motivate me and not quit.

Counting calories has been what worked best for me. I need to tweak my dinners and shopping list.

Congrats to all the losers on our team. As for the rest of us we'll get get there soon.

I think my problem is water. I simply don't drink enough. And I am going to try to eat carbs for breakfast and lunch. And only drink diet soda one day a week. We shall see how this works for me. Will keep you all posted.

I started counting Weight Watcher points this week and the weight just started falling off, also i spent some serious time in the gym. feels good to be on that list after just thinking on thursday that i was only going to have one pound lost.

Also was so excited this morning to wake up to yet another pound gone im now 219 exactly!!! only 39 pounds left to go before i hit my graduation goal!

Morning everyone. Congratulations to my fellow biggest losers this week 18young, drinkypants, and katrinakit. Awesome job everyone.

Well I think it helped this week to swithpch up my workout routines as my body was used to the treadmill only. So this week I added BL yoga, Pilates, and the elliptical to the mix as well as the treadmill. So I'm hoping I will still lose this week as long as I switch thing up a bit.

I also started tracking in my app again so I knew where every bite was coming from.

Well off to work then going for some training tonight so I most likly won't get back on today.

Have a great OP day

Hello everyone

Congrats to all the winners.

I am on the most horrible and long plateau ever!! Simply cannot lose. I have tried to cut back on eating and have increased the intensity of my workouts... which actually might be why I can't lose. But I still feel I am making progress as I am feeling so much stronger and seem to be tightening up a bit. Still, that doesn't help the team much... I am feeling that I should not have signed up for the challenge. Just have to keep on trying.

Wishing others more success than I am having LOL

Misti- the numbers can never reflect how you feel! If you feel amazing at the end of the day regardless what the scale says that means you had a successful day. Your getting stronger and more toned and thats going to help in the long run. Once you get muscles you burn more calories so keep with it! You never know you could have a big number coming your way!

OMG. The scale have moved!! It MOVED!!!! though a little pound, but I am happy to report I finally feel like I'm 'part of the team'. Since I haven't contributed much so far...

I am so much happier today then last week! Yes. Maybe I'm finally on the right track. Now, hold my fingers that this will keep up....

Ok i know i posted quite a few times but im celebrating a small (though big to me) victory today. I realized i hadnt done my laundry yet and needed jeans for class today so i dug through my closet and got brave enough to pull on a pair of jeans that i wore last year...and they fit!!! with a little space to spare!!! I was so overjoyed by this that i was moved to a few tears. Its like it was a little gift motivating me to keep going. Im never going back now!

Hi just a quick post have to get ready to leave for work. It snowed last night and I'm a chicken so I take the bus.....bad thing is we are sitting at -36 with windchill.....brrrrrrrr

Misti - don't give up as long as your seeing a change something is happening. You may have cut you calories back to far as well. Play with adding 100-200 more on heavy workout das and see what happens. Even if your nor posting losses right now you are very much a part of the team and contribute by posting all the time. Keep it up your doing great.

LittleBlueCat - awesome job!!

18young - what a feeling....WTG

Okay I'm off have a great OP day

Good morning everyone!! Blue did great this week, it was a close one with Red team! Congrats to the Blue team winners!!!

I am pleased to say that my ankle has almost made a full recovery, it feels basically normal to me so I am going to pick back up full force now, and my slow loss last week was contributed by TOM, as it has arrived. Always good to see, not good for the number lol. Regardless, I think I have my nutrition down to a T as far as making sure I am getting in the right types of food in order to prevent bingeing. This week my goal is to reconnect and get fully focused into P90X and having that normal exercise regimine again. I am going to keep my ankle wrapped for my work outs as a precaution, but I feel more than ready to go!

Just want to say good morning were a little quitter this week. I'm just relaxing and drinking my coffee and debating which workout I'm going to do today before I go to work.
I worked and had an event on Monday and was felling sick most of yesterday so no workout either day.
Anyway going to finish and then get my butt in gear.

Pink glad your ankle is pretty much healed.

Have a great OP day blue team
