Two mini goals for the month of February!

1. go to the gym once on the weekends (I dance 2x a week and walk around campus a lot)
2. Weigh 310 or less by Valentines day. I am currently 317.8

This site has been so wonderful! I'm glad I found y'all (from the Idaho girl :D)

I am down 34 and going strong!! My next mini goal is 244, the lowest weight I was when I tried to lose weight in 2009! Looking to hit this goal in Feb :-)

I am setting these mini-goals for the week as I have found myself more accountable since joining 3fc. Thanks girls!

1. Exercise 4 days this week
2. Drink less diet pop and more water
