Spare ribs, specifically. When you weigh out a 4oz serving, are you suppose to include the bone with that, so in reality it's 230 calories for 2oz of meat, or do you take off 4oz of meat and not weigh the bone? 2oz for 230 calories seems REALLY high to me.. but I am finding contradicting answers!

I think the bone is included, but I'm not sure. My Fitneess Pal has the nutritional value per rib instead of ounce; that may be easier!
