Here are the videos so far. I'll do my best to update this thread daily, but sounds like others are receiving these as well, so please feel free to post the day's link if I haven't had a chance.

Was also thinking - maybe we could try and keep this thread with mostly just links and any documents or specific tips that relate to the videos, and then if someone wants to begin a discussion about one of the videos in particular we could start a separate thread "Discussion on IP Video - Ketosis" for example. Just a thought!

This is AWESOME! Thanks so much. I dont want to buy this when my month is over and my coach wants to sell it to me.

Funny thing, today's video actually mentioned 3 fat chicks on a diet as a great website to go to for IP recipes.. I thouht that was cool. I believe the number is 649 if you want to look at it

This is fabulous! Thanks to each of you for your contribution to making these links possible. I'm in Maintenance, but still find it useful to go back and review some of these from time to time. Always reinforces me. And since I did all but the very first week of my dieting here without a coach, and picked up a tremendous amount of information and guidance along the way here at the forum, I still find these videos useful. So again - Thanks!

I also agree that it would be great if this could be put in the stickies.

Why do you need to prove anything to anyone? This us YOUR journey, not theirs. Beer is carbs. Not on plan. Nuff said.

They changed the format so now you have to sign on to their "IP TV" link. They're also redoing the videos so it may be that they pulled all of the old ones and archived them offsite somewhere.

All in all I think the newer ones are better quality now and the emails include a video by the chef each day with recipes. That I think is a bonus but unfortunately it precludes the folks going it alone from seeing the vids.

I wasn't aware they existed nor was I prompted to buy them, I might have if I knew they existed. Thank you!!!!! I'll ask about them at my new clinic next week.
