I get bummed when I don't see big numbers too. I've found that for my sanity I can't weigh in every week, cause I need to see 10+ pounds lost whether I weighed in 2 days ago, or 2 months ago. I've even had my husband hide the scale from me a time or two
I've also found that if I am super strict with my calorie intake then I'm just setting myself up for eating bad things when I'm weak.
