I started my weight loss I journy (for the 100th time!) 1 January 2013.

With that said, I also started walking again at that time. Day one, I got in .98 of a mile in 20.38 minutes, and liked to die! My first "mini" goal was to get to 16 minute mile, and I met that goal!

Today, I surpassed that goal and made it 14:08 a mile!!! Woot Woot! :carrot::cool::cool::cool::cool::cool::cool::cool: :cool::cool::cool::cool:

I'm out of breath, full of sweat, and happy as a lark!!!

Thanks, y'all! I get out and walk everyday, and push myself harder/farther each time! :)

My next mini-goal is to make it through a Jillian Micheal's vid! I just watched on to see what I'm facing, and I'm nervous! LOL!
