Fitness Videos - 30 day shred- its working!

This is my results with the 30 day shred and im only on day 5! this combined with healthy eating and some additional cardio. I didnt even have a good eating week and still saw and felt results! cant wait to see what happens in the next 5 days! I know the changes are subtle but for real 5 DAYS and not so great eating! I have acctually gained a little weight but its all muscle

I just completed Level 1 Day 1.... I loved it! My legs felt like jello afterwards though. I am going to do it in the mornings before work starting tomorrow.. I wonder how that is going to work out for me..

I've tried several times but always stop on day two or something like that. I love Jillian Michaels, but I hate her also ;) I need to try again.

You look great! I did 15 days of 30DS back in October of 2011 and felt great even though I didn't lose any weight. I gave up after 2 days of level 2 because I'm not that coordinated and couldn't figure out how to do the exercises. I was going to do 30DS again starting March 1st but didn't realize how out of shape I am. I got through 2 days before I gave up. I switched to Richard Simmons Sweatin' to the Oldies last week. The first time I was so out of breath that I skipped over some songs but I've done the video 3 other times since then and haven't had to skip over anything. It's getting much easier. I'm going to switch to my Billy Blanks Tae Bo DVD towards the end of April and I should be ready to re-try the 30DS by June. By then I should be in good enough shape that I don't feel like I'm going to die just by doing the warmup.

Awesome girl! I love 30 DS and recently started up again along with a hybrid mix of P90X and running. Love it, and great results for you so far!

I started Day one Level 1 yesterday! I'm hoping it will boost my weightloss from my diet :)
Its tiring, but ot so much that you hate it. :)

Just finished L1D1. OMG *flops onto couch* oh my body is sore and happy. I swear I must be a masochist at heart. I like this video a lot. It's short enough that I don't feel like it's impossible to do everyday. Gonna follow suit with Sinderelly and do it before I go to work in the morning. Time to get that metabolism up!

Good Luck! After doing it once, I can say at least that it's alot better (in my opinion) than P90X. The 20 minutes goes by pretty quick! Let us know how you do!

Just finisahed level 1 day 3 and its still hard! I like it though because it feels like its working. Day off tomorrow and then back on for day 4!

You look terrific! I did level 1 on Saturday and I'm STILL resting it out. I haven't exercised since then, partly out of laziness, but partly because I'm letting my muscles relax. Only partly related, I jumped down to be face to face with my dog yesterday and felt like I either pulled or strained one of my thigh muscles! :p The horrors. I hope I can get back to exercising today. I'd actually intended to try level 1 again yesterday, but thought I definitely shouldn't after that muscles weirdness.
I give you guys credit for being able to do the exercise video two days in a row! My muscles were still jello the day after and the day after that.

Hello! I'm a newbie and I'm jumping in on this thread. I've started and stopped 30DS many many times. I started again on June 8th and skipped yesterday. I hope to stick to it this time and really lose (although 30DS is usually the only exercise I get in a day cuz I'm sitting most of the time at work).
I wonder if it's ok to post weekly changes (if any) here just so I feel a little accountable :)

I bought the bullet and the 30 Day Shred DVD. I finished W5D1 of C25K today and plan to start L1D1 of 3DS tomorrow. Nervous and excited!

I stopped after doing W1D3 :( And even though it was just 3 times, it was already easier for me to climb stairs. That's all gone now though. I gotta restart again. THIS WEEK... I will I will I will. sigh.
