Incredible! Congratulations!
Lost 2.2lbs yesterday, so less than 2 lbs away from 40lbs loss. Also realized that I'm at about the weight that I was before children. My oldest just turned 9, so that's a long time! Another 20 lbs, and I'll be at my weight at the end of university, which was 16 years ago!
My coach yesterday also mentioned some kind of subscription from IP for $29 (I think) that sends you daily video clips. She couldn't get it to work, but I'll see it next week. Has anyone heard of this? Is it worthwhile?
Have a great day everyone!

1littlestar- Congrats on the weigh in!
I'm looking forward to a nice quiet weekend. Nothing planned so far so I'm hoping to do a couple small projects in the house. Maybe a little IP baking too, it's been a while since I baked anything with the packets. Rainbow's scone recipe will be the first thing I make, followed by some zuchini muffins.

Good morning all! I'm feeling rather skinny today! Does anybody else get those days where you just feel skinnier than the day before???
I'm so happy I have that going for me today because I really need it... my scale isn't getting me to the 170s that I wanted to see by tomorrow. Who knows... a miracle could occur!
I fit into a pair of jeans this morning that weren't fitting two weeks ago... the smallest jeans I own (Old Navy size 10 - gotta love that vanity sizing)! I cannot wait until I have to buy smaller jeans!
Happy Friday All! May today be awesome and OP!

TGIF!!!!! It's been kind of a slow week here. Not a lot planned for the weekend. Gonna watch a little football and go to a couple HS basketball games. Other than that - just staying cozy at home. It is supposed to get terribly cold here.
Have a happy day everyone!!

WOW all kinds of great losses!
Loppers great news!!! congrats to you. This is a major milestone for you
1littestar I love getting so close to my goals. I get so excited! I heard about those videos but they are online as well for free! I'll PM you.
to be healthy it feels fantastic to take care of ourselves. I was so involved with taking care of others and put myself last so taking care of me took some getting used to but I will never put myself last again. Another IP lesson that I have learned.
LOOONG week for me as I went back to work part time after my knee surgery. I made it though and feel great. Now I have a 4 day weekend and I can move! I need some retail therapy!!!! My work wear needs some updating to clothes that fit

TGIF! Sounds like some awesome WIs and NSVs so far! I started off my morning with a 2.5-mile warmup treadmill jog before Bodypump and am finishing off some pumpkin ricotta pancakes. It's a hungry day today so I also have a spinach smoothie to go. I will catch up later tonight IPeeps...have a wonderful morning!

Good Morning Ipeeps,
A few inch blanket of snow again this morning in Upstate NY, only 19 degrees, but the sun is out and it is pretty!
Great NSV's and scale victories. I know I shouldn't weigh in except weigh in days, but my loss was 0.2 lbs on wednesday, I took a peek this morning and another 2.2 lbs was gone, but will wait for official WI next wednesday. I am finally on the "better" side of this flu
