l: 3 slices of reduced sodium bacon, 2 oz of brie
d: salami lettuce wrap with mayo, mustard, cheddar cheese
snack: HWC with vanilla extract (HFCS free) and splenda on SF cherry jello

I haven't entered anything into a tracker for a while, this is a usual day for me and seems to do the trick.
