Weight Loss Support - What is your current mini weight goal?

My current mini-goal is to lose 35 pounds by the end of The Biggest Loser (which I think ends in late April). I've lost 5.2 pounds so far. So 29.8 to go!

My next mini-goal is to loose 5 lbs and weigh 155. I haven't set a time limit. I just want to stay on plan and get there.

My mini goal is to be a size 5 by my birthday (May 30). I bought a cute dress 4 years ago that I want to fit into :) I am currently a size 8

My mini goal is to get under 160. I am hoping to do this by January 31st. I've got about 4.5 pounds to go.

My current mini-goal is to drop to 198 which is my pre-surgery weight. I was doing pretty good before surgery sidelined me and I started eating junk and sitting around all day. Now I am back to exercising and watching what I eat. I would like to hit 198 by Feb. 7. I am currently 212.

Thought it was 130 but 129 is my ultimate mini goal. Into the 120s sounds so good. Too good to be true lately. Lol. Ugh I want a bacon avocado cheeseburger. Sorry, just had to admit that.

My current mini goal weight is 163. That last stinking pound won't come off! After that, 155, which is a total of 35 pounds lost.

I'm close to my original goal, but scale-less...so my current mini-goal is loose-fitting 64 cm to 61 cm waist jeans before I go home in a little over 2 months. (I WAS going to replace my scale, but then I realized that it would be one more thing to get rid of when I move out >.<) At the moment my 67 cm jeans are loose in the waist, but tight in the thighs. With a better cut, I could probably wear 64s comfortably, but I'd like to slim my legs some first.

I'm getting close to my first "goal weight." I'm 20lbs away from 145 and I'll re-evaluate my overall goal once I get there which I am hoping is by May 1. But, right now I am just focused on getting rid of the 160s decade. I CAN'T WAIT to see 150s!! My mini-goal also is to finish January and February completely on plan - to keep my healthy eating and exercise habits going.

Mine is to get back to 175 which is what my avatar picture is at. I want to get there by March 1st. I'm currently 190. 175 puts me back (once again) to 100 pounds total lost too. After than, back down to where I got this spring (165) and then finally to final goal of 160 or 25% body fat. I want to get to the final goal by June 1st.

My current focus is to get back to where I was Christmas week - I blew up 5 pounds in about a 10-day span. 2 are back off. 3 pounds at my typical loss rate will be 15 weeks; I intend to cut that in half.

My mini goal was 180 by the end of the month (started at 189) but i'm almost at 180 now (yay!) so now i'm thinking 175.

New here, I never really thought about mini goals, just had my main goal in mind. I see some have mini goals 1 week from now, 1 month from now, 3 months... In the begining, where should I set my mini goals? Maybe monthly? I plan to only weigh myself weekly in the begining, not sure how I should be doing that either, but weekly is the plan thus far.

I hit 151.4 several days ago but right now it's TOM so I'm up to 152. I haven't been in the 140s sice freshman year of high school so getting to 149 is a big deal for me.

After that its 145, and my final goal is 135

I want hit 220 by Valentine's Day and hopefully be under it by my birthday . . . two days later. I've never been under 220, at least not since junior high. That will be a huge moment for me, a total of 140 pounds gone! I've only got 3 pounds to go so I should totally be able to do this, even at my snail's pace!

I want to be 180 by February 17th, which would mean I was on track with my current weight loss plan. I haven't been 180 in YEARS. Maybe three years. That would be exciting.

My first goal is 188.3. That's what I weighed before I regained. I'm 190 now, so hopefully I'll meet it next week. The rest are in my signature.

My mini goal is to be 185 by February 1st an extra bonus would be is I could be 183. That would mean I lost 10 lbs in January. But I will be satisfied with 8!!!

Nocturnica maybe set small goals, I started with hit 150, then my license weight which I though was 140, then to hit normal weight etc. I think we all pretty much know what our final goal is but smaller goals make it easier and u can be so proud and share every time u reach one.

I'm focusing on losing three pounds.

I plan to do this by focusing on meals centered around lots of vegetables, low sodium soups and my treats will be low-fat cheese and crackers and organic popcorn. Breakfast is rolled oats (not instant) with a banana, walnuts, brown sugar and vanilla extract. Keeps me full until lunch!

Once I achieve this mini goal I plan to focus on losing another three pounds.

My first mini goal is to be in the 180s by Valentine's Day and then second one is to be in the 170s by St. Patrick's Day. Is there a holiday in mid-April for my next one? :)

My next mini goal is to reach 130. I don't have a date I'm aiming for, because my weight loss has gotten so slow and sporadic it's too hard to predict, lol.

But breaking it down to 5lb increments really helps keep me focused! :D

It was to get into onederland but I decided to quit stressing it, that day will come possibly soon even..my next goal is actually to weigh 180#s which is a 22 pound loss. Then go from there.:)

I just hit one mini goal (100 lbs lost). That was at 305. So my next mini-goal is around the corner --- to get into the 200s. As much as it felt good to lose 100, I think that getting into the 200s will feel better.

Im just getting started. My mini-goal is to lose 30 lbs by April. I've lost 3 so far. 27 more to go. Just cant seem to get going as far as excercise goes. :(

right now, it's to lose .4 which officially gets me to 5%. :)

I use all kinds of mental signposts, which may not even qualify as big enough to be minigoals - like moving down a decade into the 230s. Then to get below 235 so I'm more than halfway through the 230s. After that, it's 231, which will be 10% (that one is an official mini-goal with a ticker and everything). And then the 220s, and then below 225. And then another 5% somewhere in there. And so on and so on.

My current goal is just to keep going and keep on eating better and not to fall off the bandwagon after a few weeks like I usually do when trying to loose weight. If I'm still here in a month that will be a sucess.

I'd like to be into the 260's before Valentine's Day. I know it's a lot to lose but I'm hoping I might get a big whoosh before Feb 14th. But if I don't make it, I'm not going to beat myself up about it. I'd be happy to be in the early 270's too.

My mini goal is super small. I started my process last Monday at 209. As of today I am 205.8 my goal is to be 200 by next Wednesday. :)
