hey i was just curious if anyone eats the brand UFC sweet chilli sauce. the bottle says its 6cals per 30ml but myfitnesspal says its 40 cals per 30ml. i dont trust the label because beside the ufc brand was a bottle the same size but it had about 40 cals per 30ml.. is it possible it only has 6cals?

I'm too new to post the link but I just googled it and Livestrong has it at 40 calories for 2 tablespoons. We have some Mae Ploy Sweet Chili Sauce in the fridge and I just checked the label...70 calories for 2 tablespoons. Based on that information I'd go with the 40 calories. HTH.
