Default Exercise

I recently added exercise into my plan. I'm doing the 30 day Shred and plan to start walking/jogging when the weather changes. How do you determine the number of calories to add back into your diet when you incorporate exercise into your plan? I don't mean eating your calories back but the number that your body needs to continue losing without starving.

I use the my fitness pal app or website and that calculates everything for you.

Thanks! I use the LoseIt! App but didn't see where to add exercise in the calorie calculation. I found a BMR calculator and see that I have been eating well below my calorie requirements for moderate exercise.

Right by the Add Food button, LoseIt has an Add Exercise button. I used the app for months. You might have to find something that seems close to what you're doing then estimate. The app figures in your exercise calories into your daily budget. Good luck!
