Exercise
I recently added exercise into my plan. I'm doing the 30 day Shred and plan to start walking/jogging when the weather changes. How do you determine the number of calories to add back into your diet when you incorporate exercise into your plan? I don't mean eating your calories back but the number that your body needs to continue losing without starving.
