Breakfast:
Chocolate Chip Cookie

Lunch:
"Pasta Salad" (Rotini, cucumbers and fresh baby spinach leaves with Walden Farms Italian Dressing)

Snack:
"Salted Caramel Pudding" (Dark Chocolate Pudding with 1 tablespoon Walden Farms Caramel Syrup and a sprinkle of sea salt)

Dinner:
Lettuce and baby spinach topped with grilled chicken

Lunch: Salad with 1 cup cucumbers, Health Wise cheddar puffs

Dinner: Baked chicken, chili-garlic roasted cauliflower

Snack: Balanced Protein cheesecake with 1 Tbsp WF strawberry spread

I just had my very first IP food packet for breakfast - Peach Mango Drink! I liked it more than I thought I would - for Lunch: gonna try the chicken soup and a nice big lettuce only salad! Wish me luck!

Don't forget your veggies!!! Lettuce doesn't count in your 4 cups per day, so make it a BIG salad with 2 cups of veggies from the list (unless you're splitting them up through the day). It's super important to get all those veggies in as they are our primary source of fiber and some nutrients while we're dieting :)

Day 4 - Still working on trying out my starter pack. So far I like most things. Really did not like the crispy cereal.

Here was what I ate today:

Breakfast - Fine Herbs and Cheese Omelet

Lunch - Peanut Butter Bar and 2 cups cucumber with sea salt

Snack - Vanilla Drink

Dinner - 8 oz chicken breast (roasted with sea salt, pepper and smokey paprikia) and 2 cups roasted cabbage (chopped cabbage, 1 tbsp olive oil, sea salt, pepper, oregano).

Lunch: IP Banana pudding shake with WF chocolate syrup (so good!), taco salad with ground beef, lettuce, arugula, spinach, chard, onions, and a homemade lime vinaigrette

Dinner: I will probably grab a rotisserie chicken and devour it. I like to eat it with my Heinz 1 carb ketchup and some spices. Maybe broccoli for veg?

Snack: IP chocolate pudding shake, or WLS cocomint shake

Dinner: chicken pounded, marinated in lemon juice, Chinese 5 spice, garlic powder and olive oil, over cabbage sautéed in olive oil and apple cider vinegar with a packet of spenda
Snack: vanilla pudding frozen with WF chocolate sauce

Absolutely! I start with a package of ground chicken. I add garlic, scallions, grated zucchini, celery, chili powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper. Really what ever veggies you'd like, I don't measure anything, the math in my head says if I add more veggies I can eat more of them :D

I bake them for 10 or so minutes at 375. Then saute them to get a crispy coating and douse them with buffalo sauce :carrot:
