Hi Turtles,
Here's our weekly WI thread. We'll make Wed. our official WI.
My starting weight in 2013 is 200.2# Ugh. I look forward to the next WI since I know I'm doing well this week. Not easy, but I can do this!
My aims:
1. Smile and do the best I can in emotional situations rather than eat.
2. Track every morsel I eat.
3. Exercise 3X week. :tread:

Thanks, Judy for getting us up & running

My start weight is: 185
Goal: stay within my points daily, exercise 3x week even if limited
with sore knee, keep unfriendly foods out of the house, plan/prepare meals
beforehand, shop wisely and check in here for motivation.

Goals

Jan 9th w/i = 185 (no change)
Was alittle disappointed with no loss, but realistically on track for only 3 days

Goal this week: to stay on track better over the weekend, journal
and not buy anything I shouldn't have or that is really high in points.

Down 1.2#. Was expecting to do so much better since I had a perfect week and the top 3# were put on "holiday super quick".
New weight: 199#
Next week I'm looking forward to a nice loss.

Well here it is a week later and I regained one pound. Not the weigh to go.
I was ticked about last week's wi.

Hi Turtles,
Today was my official WI day. I was down 0.6# which is good since yesterday my dh and I went to the city, saw a show, had a corned beef sandwich (1/2) and then were starving so stopped at a diner for a midnight snack. Earlier in the week I had lost 3#, so I'm hoping I am at a stage where that weight will come right back off. I think this is as clear as mud.
Earlier......down 3#, but I didn't maintain that loss by my WI. Next week hope to knock off at least a pound.

Bandit, that's great.
I was up .6# this week. I spent the month of January remaining the same.
Not my idea of what to do. Frustrating because I am cutting back so much, but I guess at this stage of my life it's not enough.
Changing things up today:

Hi Gals,
My weight finally is shaken up. This week was great for me. I lost 3.2# for a new weight of 196.8. Yay.

Now the trick is to keep this going. At Christmas I had gained 5.2# which was so tough since I put it all on over 4 days and really thought it would come right off as it has in the past. Imagine my surprise when I struggled with anything coming off. So, this is a very good thing.

I'm doing the power foods program (it is at the back of the weekly tracker and I didn't even know that) and I am adding a serving of bread a day. I've been very selective with the bread and I've got my fingers crossed that it will continue to help me drop weight.

I was up .2# this week which always makes me frustrated. I really think that small a gain should not be mentioned. Anyway, I had 3 dinners out and 2days in hotel, so overall I am fine with it.

Actually I think that's great considering the social activities. I'm like you....let's focus on the big picture. You've done really well with weight loss and next week you'll weigh less!

Hi Today is my WI day and I was down .4#. I'll take that since I didn't WI last week and I know I was up quite a bit. So, Simply Filling is working and I just have to do it each and every day.

Hello and happy Sunday everyone! I have been a bad turtle and have been away for a while - just busy with lots of stuff and I have not figured out how to get the 3FC's site on my phone and do not get on the laptop very often anymore - On all day at work so not eager to hop on again when I log off for the day.

Any who.... the hubs has signed up with WW again so we are back on the wagon here at the house which makes it so much easier to do myself. My company gives a WW discount for employees and spouces so I got my monthly pass switched over to take advantage of the discount and got him signed up as well.

I read back thru a few posts and it looks like Bandit and Judy are on a roll with their weight loss! Weigh to go ladies!

Happy Birthday to Bandit - hope you had a wonderful weekend!

I sure hope to get back online more often to post and get and give support here. I gained lots back over the last few months but have been back on plan for a few weeks, doing pretty well and exercising to my walk away the pounds take on my lunch break thru the week.

Hi turtles - stayed same at scale once again this week.

Princess - nice to see you back with us and thank you for the birthday wishes. I had a great weekend with lots of time with friends/family which was really nice.

Well, ladies this forum has been quiet for too long, so thought I would
jump in and get it going again.

Its official - I am back in the 90's and not too pleased with myself about that.

We work so hard to get these pounds off, then when we are not careful they
creep on so easily.

Its almost May 1st so good time for us all to get back here & post our weights as of now & "spring forward" into getting back on track.

Hope you all join me again on this thread Judy started for us.

Current weight = 192#

How about we post here with our weekly accomplishments. Post any day you like, as long as it's every week.
Here's my goals:
1. exercise somehow-----walking with baby, etc.
2. eat sparingly and eat healthy
3. that's about going to have to do it now.
My weight is way up
Beginning weight: 201# ugh.
Goal: to be at 198# by May 31.
We are strong gals. We can do this!!!!!

2. Stay on plan and within my points!
3. Walk 3-4 times a week

1. Actually remember to track my food.
2. Try to actually remember to eat when I am working. 12+ hrs without eating is too long.
3. Eat breakfast.
