Currently 195.....no excuse really, just ate poorly most of last year. Now a new year and a new start. Mine began Jan 1st and I will continue until until I reach 125/130ish....;)

Do you guys mind if I join in here? I am at 203 and will hopefully be in the 190s by next week. This is my highest weight ever, w/ the exception of pregnancy. I was 185 back in March. Got to get this weight off for good! 165 is my goal as of now.

Welcome to all the newbies! I think we all have the same mindset....GET OUT OF THE 190s!!! LOL

So we can find support here. I figured we could all update whenever we wanted to. I don't necessarily weigh daily (for it would drive me crazy and effect my daily eating...smh)

Good luck to us all! My birthday is mid next month and I hope to get at least 10 or 15 of these pounds off by then:-)

So, i'm trying to eat the right amount of calorie to coordinate with my activity level.

I was mentally beating myself up over my calorie intake today, when I realized that this wasn't an over eating day or a binge session. I purposefully added in another snack and upped my dinner portion because I was trying to get to the proper calorie intake for my activity level.

Today, I ate 2045 and I was SO FULL. Luckily, I had enough energy for my swim tonight. I normally eat around 1600 when I'm not exercising. I don't think I can keep eating this much, but I don't want to drop too low in calories that I don't lose any weight.

I checked out a BMI calculator and this is what it said:

CW: 185
GW: 145
Height: 5'7"

Sedentary = 1726 calories
Lightly Active (1-3 days/week) = 1977
Mod Active (3-5 days/week) = 2229
Highly Active (6-7 days/week) = 2481

I was losing weight just fine when I was counting and not working out. Now that I'm adding in activity, I'm a little confused.

Does anyone have suggestions/advice on this?

Oh these blasted 190's. I weighed in one day bi was 190. Then the next time I weighed in I was 191!!! Grrr. I just want the 180's to come and stick. That's when I will feel like I am making progress. I went on my fitness pal and looked at the my weights I entered for the past year and they were all between 190 and 200. I just float within that weight back and forward. So I just feel like when I get into the 180's that is going to show that what I am doing is paying off. I am trying not to get frustrated and hopeless. Just a rant. :)

Hope everyone had a good weekend!

So, I think I mentioned before how I wore myself out the first week in January, and decided to get back on track. Well, I slept a good amount this weekend and planned all my meals and snacks for the week - they're in the fridge waiting to go into my lunch bag.

I'm feeling sluggish from all the relaxing and, I'll admit, overeating for comfort. I'm glad to feel sluggish rather than depressed and guilty because I know that Monday is the start to a week of good choices. There's really no other option since my food is in the appropriate, and portioned, containers, lol. So, no wiggle room for calorie failure!

My biggest challenge will be dinner. I will want to overeat. However, my husband and I decided that going to the gym together after work works best for us. Even though I pushed it too hard the first week, the fact is that I still sit down all day and cannot afford to get cramped and stiff from inactivity. I decided that I will walk on the treadmill while he runs so that I do not wear myself out.

I'll start slow and steady and see how it goes.

Wish me luck!

Ross111104
01-14-2013, 08:36 PM
Wish you luck! I love how you already pre planned and packaged your meals. That makes everything so much easier! I just have to get my self together and do that! One less thing you have to think about durin the week regarding your food choices. Because so much time and energy can just go into thinking about what you are going to eat and trying to make the right choice. I love the saying that " no matter I slow you go, you are still lapping the perisn in the couch" so keep it up and good job!!!

Fatness - Thanks for the link!

Ross - Thanks for the compliment on my meal prep. My husband jokes that I'm crazy (his words, lol, I would call it organized) about the food prep. However, as his schedule is busier this semester, I've already packed a lunch for him and he's eaten one of the prepped dinners. Jokingly gloating aside, the 2 hours I spend Sunday afternoon portioning things into containers completely makes up for the 30 minutes of prep, 35-40 mins of cooking, 60 minutes of dinner, and 30 minutes of cleaning pans and dishes during the week. Or, it beats spending 30$ for carry out and who knows how many calories.

The husband wants to save money, so guess he's gotta deal with the crazy, lol.

*Disclaimer - I'm really just quirky, not bonkers!

So I ate crazy yesterday. Wasn't able to go to the gym yesterday morning because they canceled because Of the weather. I got on the scale this morning and it said 188! I don't want to get too excited yet because I don't think it's a true number. But it gives me hope. Maybe I should just eat crazy and not work out everyday and see what happens! I'm just kidding!

coffeeshopgirl
01-19-2013, 05:31 PM
I've been the same way Ross - I've been eating like crazy since the holidays. Even last week I tried getting back on track, but I still over ate after dinner. But, my scale has put me at 185.6. I bought a scale today and have decided to weigh myself every two weeks. Daily weighing stressed me out, and once a month makes me lose sight of my goal. So, I'll compromise and I've put the scale away in a drawer so I'm not tempted to stress myself out.

I'm just going to keep trying again this week to stop eating after dinner. The weather definitely makes me want to eat. However, I think I'm going to pull out my NEAD (No Eating After Dinner) tools:

-Drinking a big glass of water after dinner
-Allotted after-dinner grapefruit (went shopping today, fridge is stocked with them)
-Brushing my teeth at 8:30pm
-Tea for the rest of the evening

The goal is to lose 5 pounds be Feb 1st. Wish me luck!

Coffeshop girl I wish you loads of luck and I am going to try and commit to do the same things. Okay no eating after dinner for me! Period. I think the thing that resonates with me that I read on her is cheating is cheating yourself. If only I could get that through my thick skull! What in the world is wrong with me! I just have to do! Curly you don't have to promise to. Come back with more positivity. I look at this board as a way to express our feelings and if you are feeling negative well doggone it express it because that kind of stuff resonates with us too and then we can get on here and give you encouraging words like... You are doing great. Withh all the stress that you are under you still managed to work out and eat too FEW CALORIES!!! Great job. It could have easily gone the wrong way! I am also right there with you. On the 17th I was 196.7 and today I'm 199.1. It's not my monthly visitor. I haven't been eating a heck of a lot and I've exercised everyday this past week with no day off. And on Saturday I worked out twice. I'm in pain right now because my body is so worn out.

And now the scale is telling me that I'm up almost 3 lbs in 4 days? I weighed myself using the sophisticated settings on my scale and it said that I have 2 additional pounds of fat. It stated that my water percentage had gone down and my bone mass had not changed. So yeah, I weigh more today because of extra fat. Disappointing... And I went spinning yesterday! I hate spinning AND Sunday is supposed to be my day off from exercise. Totally not worth it...

I'm just going to try to drink a lot of water today.

I am doing what I know and have seen works, and weighing myself once a week. My hair was starting to fall out. Congrats concminus40!!

So, I've been trying like crazy to get back on track. Well, it's just not happening and I'm trying to figure out why.

I guess I should say it's just not happening yet. Oh, and I'm impatient with myself.

I get it - my TOM was rough this month, I caught a cold, and I'm coming down from 2 months of the bad-for-me-foods. It's the last one, or maybe all of them at once, that was stressing me out. And, it's just amazing how much stress effects my weight loss/gain. Last weekend, I really didn't get to rest; it was all errands, errands, cleaning, errands. Monday was more cleaning, lol. I'm still blaming the holidays, lol.

I've written a few motivational posts, but I'm still eating everything in sight. I'm just not ready this week. I think it's been a lack of sleep. How frustrating.

Tonight I ate Chinese food with the husband. Because the week has been busy and I didn't feel like cooking (whomever gets home from work/class first usually gets dinner going) tonight. The point is, I didn't feel ashamed. I'm tired of being down and getting depressed over my lack of patience.

Sometimes you just gotta ride out the stress.

I have a good feeling about this weekend - I get to sleep in! A minimal cleaning and one trip to the grocery store. And, perhaps I got all my binges out of my system for a while.

Anyways, wish me luck everyone! I know this post was a collection of stress and hopefulness for the weekend. I'll keep you posted.

Ross111104
01-24-2013, 10:48 PM
Man that Chinese sounds good! What kind did you eat? I totally know how you feel. You know how folks say "whoo this will drive you to drink" when their talking about a stressful situation? Well for me it "whoo this will drive me to Popeyes!" It's like when your stressed about everything else, why should you have to stress over what you are eating or have to feel bad about your choice to feed yourself. That is the part that gets me. I have to eat to survive and yet I want to enjoy the food that I eat without the shame that comes with it. Now don't eat me wrong. I like healthy food. I really do. However it has NOTHING ON POPEYES, Pizza Hut, lasagna, homemade Mac and cheese... I have gone on a complete random tirade and I apoligize. Anyways you are doing great because you are staying contiontious of your choices and you are being positive. A positive attitude with will take you far. Keep up the good work. You are going to have a great weekend and keep us posted!

LOL I'm with you all the way. One of these days I'm going to bake a Mac & Cheese with Maple Bacon and and caramelized onions (sauteed in Kerrygold unsalted Irish Butter!). Mmmm that is going to be so fricken tasty.

I finally decided to relax about my eating and went and ate what I wanted to. Turns out my body was just storing weight cuz it thought there was a famine, once I ate whatever, it was able to let go of some pounds. For the last 3 days I was either 196 or 195 so I'm definitely done with the "OMG I'm going to hit 200 again!" scare. Now I just have to get back into the counting calories mode. Bleh...

About once every two weeks I reward myself with a regular meal. I really look forward to it and I must say it is awesome! Hey, I feel I deserve it.... I am exercising every single day usually at least 45 min, sometimes an hour. EVERY DAY. So I am going to revel in my reward! Lol. Oh! I forgot to tell you guys that my boyfriend is doing this with me. It is soooo awesome to have someone there beside you! It WAS really funny yesterday though... See, he works and I don't, so I usually work out in the morning and he works out after work so yesterday he decides that he wants to try wii Zumba. LOL!!! Mind you, on the weekends we work out together (usually brisk walking for 1hr or 1hr 30min per day), so I ask him, "Are you sure? Because Zumba is pretty strenuous..." He tells me that it can't be THAT bad. So I agree and pop it into the Wii. Let me tell you ladies that after one 20min Wii Zumba class my dear boyfriend was super sweaty, shaking, and breathless. I told him, "See? It's not so bad!" He just glared at me. I had a good interior giggle over that, let me tell you. I then proceeded to tell him, "Just think... That was REALLY only 15 minutes of workout. The last 5 minutes was the cool down." At any rate he is very satisfied with the sweat production from this program, so it looks as if I have a new Zumba partner! Yay!

Learning to live-when I tell you that Mac and cheese you just described sounds so decadent and delicious I don't know what to do with myself! I should report you for putting that on this weight loss board! Lol!

Lacy- rewarding yourself with a "regular meal every two weeks sounds like a good ideabbnnbbxmnn. I think I might try it. I think that is so cool that your boyfriend played Zumba with you. I would never be able to get my husband to do it. He doesn't dance period. I want to get a wii! It seems like so much fun. Do you think it is worth it to get it if I was only going to use it for fun work outs and not as a ake console?

This use to be me as well. That's why I purposely set my weigh in days on Mondays. For some odd reason when I would do the weigh ins on Friday, I would do great Monday through Thursday have a good weigh in for Friday, then blow it on Saturday and Sunday just to start anew that Monday working off my weekend binge...smh What a viscous cycle I use to put my body through.

I suppose live and learn. But better now:) My birthday is middle of next month and just would love to be completely out of the 190s (maybe 180s?) Before I turn 40..

Ross & anewbody2013 - I have a suggestion. It helped me a lot. Plan, plan plan your meals. I know I'm kinda crazy and can plan for the whole week, but try planning for just the weekend. Doesn't matter how you do it - before I started doing my own meal prep, I had gotten some Healthy Choice breakfasts, lunches and dinners solely for my weekends. Once I got used to having 3 pre-portioned meals and 2-3 snacks, I was able to move on and portion out my meals for the weekend. You don't have to do it forever; it took me about a month or two to get used to appropriate portion sizes. And, if you do it during the week, you shouldn't feel yourself being very hungry on the weekend.

However, if it's the mindset of "It's my weekend, I'm not distracted by work, I can finally pig out" then, I would suggest some mental conditioning as well as some weekend meal prepping. As neurotic as I am, once I had the prepped meals in the fridge, I didn't want to deviate from them so my trips to the fridge would indicate that it's either time for an allotted meal or a prepped snack. In my mind, I saw this as "oh, cool, less work for me" when I went food hunting in the fridge. Again, it's the same amount of food you're getting during the week, and it's important that our mind listens to our stomach when it's telling us we're not hungry.

Good luck :) You got this!

Very good advice and thank you. I have been making premade meals as well (which is helping alot) and keep most in a deep freezer which I can just pop in the microwave. So far so good:-) Just happy to be back on track after so many "starts". I have to keep in mind the big picture and avoid many diseases which ails many of my family members...even two younger sisters struggling with diabetes....

My thoughts exactly:)

Had a close call last night though, one of my favorite foods anytime of the day is french fries which I baked for my children last night. I cooked them and left the kitchen for them to eat KNOWING there would be left overs.......BUT best part is, I purposely left for long period of time and cold fries are yucky to me.....eww. So I ended tossing them into the trash. *pats self on the back* So far been a good weekend:) LOL now up to cook sausage, eggs and pancakes for my girls...ohhhh boy!

But I think with the weigh in pressing in tomorrow, I won't be tempted to cheat: D

Ok, I'm still on the "getting back on track" wagon since I've been riding the unmotivated bus for the past few weeks.

A few stressors have come up: TOM, a cold that I shared with my husband and coworkers, and residual growth and bad eating/sleeping habits from the holidays. All of these contributed to my general crankiness and reluctance to move. I know what I need to do, and now that TOM and the cold are over, I'm feeling more energetic and the bad-food cravings are subsiding.

So as my title states, I'm determined to get back on track for real. I've been very lethargic lately, and I need to kick up my heart rate. So, I'll do some morning workouts next week. I've caught up on sleep, so there's no reason I can't pull myself out of bed at 5am tomorrow.

And, I don't care if I have to post on 3FC every half hour, I will not eat after 8pm next week. This was always my biggest challenge, so I know I'll be whining about it a lot next week. Prepare yourselves folks, lol. Ah well; I'd much rather whine about struggling through a success than not accomplishing anything at all.

I'm sending the husband out for a bit so that I can clean the house from top to bottom (dusting, vacuuming, mopping). It's amazing how easy it is to be unmotivated when the house is in disarray.

Also have my meal-prep menu ready for the week:
-breakfast burritos: 1 whole wheat tortilla wrap, 1 egg, 1-2tbsp black beans, sprinkle of Tapatio picante sauce
-lunches: turkey, swiss, avacado wraps and side salad (spring mix greens and spinach, cherry tomatoes, english cucumber and strawberry vinegarette dressing)
-dinners: chicken and dumpling soup (homemade), turkey meatloaf (with rice and veggies)
- snacks: yogurt, cottage cheese, hard boiled eggs, and tuna spread

Yay! It's so nice to finally have some energy. General goal today is to clean up the house, prep my meals, and NOT EAT after 8pm. Wish me luck!

Today is my weigh in day and I finally OUT of the 190s!! Woooohoooo! Down to 186, have a way to go, but glad to be back on track. Hopefully another good drop next week, because this past week, I was very highly motivated!

Ohhhh and I am doing the Atkins plan. Now off to eat breakfast and then on 4 mile trail. Good luck to everyone. I am going to start posting in the 180s thread, but will still stop by here:)

Good job anewbody!!

I'm not weighing myself until Feb 1st, and even then I'm not expecting much. I got sick and had a really bad TOM, so I'm expecting to extend that goal.

Today, I'm feeling good with my eating choices. I had a homemade breakfast burrito, 1/2 cup of cottage cheese for a snack, and a really good salad and half a turkey wrap at lunch. I've also had a bunch of water!

Overall, so far so good!

My next recorded weigh-in is on Friday and I must say I am nowhere near the 8 pound goal I originally set for myself. This month I've had lots of stress about things that greatly affect my life that I can't control. I think the stress and the crazy sleeping patterns made it hard to lose weight. If I'm lucky I'll lose one more pound in 4 days to make January 2013 a 4lb total loss. I'm hoping February will be better, not just for weight loss, but for everything...

Yes pick a day you are most comfortable with. I was the same way when weighing daily. On SMD they required a daily weigh in for 2 weeks. Then for a time it became habit and started dictating my days. Loss equal keep on track, no loss get depressed and binge....silly silly cycle. Good luck

I weighed in on Sunday at 191. I've already dropped 5 pounds after weaning my daughter early in January. As happy as I am to see this number, I'm terrified that this whoosh is about to stop because I haven't been below 190 in about 10-12 years.

Wow, I haven't been here in a while... Weighed in at 192.2 this morning and I don't care if it's simply dropped water weight. My TOM should be here on Friday. And who knows what will happen then? On to the comments...

I, too, hope that Lacyt74 hasn't left us. Sometimes you have a bad day or a bad week or 2 weeks or whatever. You don't have to leave a thread once you enter it. It's a lifetime commitment, not a race. I hope she's feeling better.

curlysue82 Congrats on the 3lb loss. BTW I also have a kettlebell class. How do you like yours?

gretel Congrats on the 5lb loss! I weigh myself everyday too. In the beginning I would stress about it, but now I just use it as a tool to "track my body's responses to my previous actions." Don't take it so personally. You're body has it's own way of handling itself. Also, just because you are participating in several threads doesn't mean you can't keep your own weigh in days. Just report when you do weigh in. It's not that serious.

anewbody2013 Congrats on getting out of the 190s!! You dropped quite a bit of weight in one week! And now you're fitting into size 11s! I'm happy for you! :) I'm riding on your coattails and will be heading into the 180s after you! :carrot:

Ugh, period came with a vengeance today. It actually woke me up at 6:45 today. Craaaaaamps. Weighed in at 191.3. 180s you are mine!!!! at some point...

Lacyt74, don't get discouraged. You can be bummed about it for sure, but never ever give up. Sometimes your body just stalls out for a while. On New Years Day I finally made it to 199.9 lbs. Then I proceeded to lose and gain the same 3 lbs for the next 21 days. Heck on January 21st I weighed in at 199.0. You can imagine my fricken joy after 3 weeks of working my butt off being in the gym, lifting weights doing cardio 6 or 7 days a week and I lost .9 lbs. Fan-freakin-tastic... Meanwhile, back at the ranch, Fatness has just lost another 20 lbs in the same amount of time. How does she do it????? I don't even want to fathom her discipline. She just amazes me! But on the 28th I had finally progressed to a mid 190s set point. Since then I've been on agreeable terms with my scale. And I weigh daily!

curlysue82 I take kettlebell class every Wednesday at the gym I go to. I also take a circuit training class and two cardio boxing classes a week and they will sometimes have kettlebell exercises in them. My weekly KB class is only 30 minutes long and if the class is small and the people are regulars then we have a grand old time. Cuz our instructor is a bit silly at times and the rest of us girls (there's always more women than men in our classes) just talk and tell stories. Of course we're working out, but its fun. If there are new people then our instructor has to actually spend more time instructing and he doesn't have time to sing to us in that high-pitched falsetto BeeGees voice like he normally does. Booo.

So frustrated with these 190's! They like to hang on for dear life don't they? Last week I only lost .2 lbs and this week .8. Last week was TOM so I expected it, but I thought I would have a better week this week. I am doing 45-60 minutes of cardio 3-5 times a week and counting calories. I'm wondering if I am not getting enough calories in (?)

they do move eventually... i was hanging around them for the whole of Jan trying to move it, and changed up my food this week and the lbs started to shift if your working out loads maybe your not eating enough ... are you drinking lots of water? Decided to weigh myself this morning and I was happily shocked to see the scale show 178.8 lbs.

OMG - I was shocked. I was expecting 184-183 tops, but I didn't think I was doing that well, ya know? To cover my bases, I weighed myself again after lunch (to factor in water weight and some food) and weighed in at 181 lbs. Still awesome and lower than expected.

All I've been doing is sticking to calories and did 1 cardio workout and 2 weight lifting routines this week. I even had a few cheat treats (ice cream and a cosmo drink) too.

While weighing myself every day - even every week - isn't always the best option for me, today's early weigh-in gave me the motivation to stick with my calories and workouts because they really are working for me. So I changed my ticker and here we are.

Hi ....I'm in the 90s ...I keep losing and gaining the same 10lbs for the last few years....but I'm motivated to finally get out of the 190s once and for all... I weighed in today at 197.5.....my goal is to get to 150 and re-evaluate my weightless goal..

So...I've been weighing myself at irregular intervals. I saw 189 two weeks ago, and on Saturday, I weighed in at 188.8. But for the most part, I seem to be stuck at 190.4. So here I sit wondering and waiting for the 0.4 to budge. I think this temporary block is most mental since my previous low weight is 190. Also, I've had a lot of salty food of late, and that cannot be helping. Where is everyone else at today?

I've switched from weight watchers to calorie counting and its made huge difference. I dropped 3 lbs this past week. I was so happy! I'm riding a bike 30 min (6.5 miles) at least three times a week and doing basic dumb bell arm moves and sit ups 3 times a week. But instead of getting down about the (insert expletive) scale...I tried on a pair of pants that I have never wore...a size 11/12 pants cut small ...I bought then from old navy with other 11/12s last year but those I couldn't close at all...today they went on easy and closed with room...that progress...and even tho the scale sucks big time...I know I am progressing....

weighed in this am at 190.0! I thought I had beat the 190's. The scale even stopped for just a second on 189.8 lol I'm down a total of 14 now and losing 6 more before Memorial Day weekend

Hi everyone!
I'm new to the forums and new to the 190's! I started at my heaviest at 230 and have managed to slowly creep down to 198!! Hoping I won't spend too long in the 190's but sheesh it sure is hard work D: but very satisfying seeing that 2 drop off :)

Just did a quick weigh in to see how things were going and down 5 already from Friday! :carrot:

I will take that and continue downward. Started a Mother's Day challenge in the 40's something....55 days from today....I have goals to obtain for that day and I am on track:dizzy:

5 down from Friday is awesome!! You will be leaving us 190s in the dust :)

Mine has slowed down somewhat to 1-2lbs a week but it's still a loss I guess so I'm happy!!

Keep up the good work ladies! :D

I have been trapped in the 190's for a bit longer than I care to admit :) I could definitely used some encouragement and camaraderie.

Well Ms. Amy, you can surely do this! Always pay attention to what you HAVE accomplished and know that you CAN do this because of where you have come so far. Never quit, for you never get to your goal:-)

booo. so I just weighed myself today and I've only gone down .2 lbs in the last week.... I can blame this on my TOM right? lol. Cuz honestly.. I haven't gone over my calories all week and worked with my personal trainer twice, and did a 5k... ughhhh!

Yeah I am with you, we will blame it on the TOM....they say AFTER TOM there is this "whoosh". So hopefully you will meet this :D

I love my after TOM whoosh lol it's such a nice reward sometimes after 5 days of misery to be greetex with a loss xD well it doesn't happen every time but feels good when it does!

Been feeling more motivated today after a slip up yesterday!just gotta keep reminding myself how well i have done so far and even the smallest loss is still a loss and gets me that little bit closer to my goal! :)

We can do it!!! :D

I've been hanging out within a pound or three for 2 weeks now at 193.5.

I suspect the honeymoon is over now that I've lost 30 and from here on out it's going to be trench warfare.

That's why I set such a reasonable goal. Once I get to 175 we'll see what comes next.

For now though here I am hanging out at the same darn number.

weighed in yesterday at 195.6... only a few pesky pounds between now and the 180s! I'm giving myself two weeks. lol

My NSV is that I had to buy myself a new pair of work pants cuz I just couldn't deal with constantly having to pull them up!

I'm around 197 at the moment. *Sighs* Want to get into the 130s if possible. Having a hard time motivating myself to get up and exercise. Hopefully, with this warm spring weather, I can use it to get moving.

Hello all, 198.4 this morning so I'll be in this thread for awhile. It takes me about 2 months right now to see a new decade. I've been hovering around this # for weeks now so hopefully it will start moving down soon.

Yay mygirlvj! Welcome to onederland! I am so super happy that there is someone out there! It takes me a while to get through a decade as well, but I am hoping since I am 'restarting' that this first 14 will go fast! Congrats on 56lbs lost! Impressive.

Bouncing around between 193-195. I've been indulging a bit though lately. Mostly with my snacks, there all healthy and under 100 calories but when you have 5 in a day they tend to add up. Have a good day all!

I'm hovering around 194, hoping I'll be in the 180s come September. Originally I hoped I'd be hitting 170s in Sep so I'd be down to the weight I was when I met my husband, we celebrate 17yrs in Sep so I thought it would be just ideal. Weight loss plans never really go the way you think though.

Hello everyone. I'm fairly new ( no ticker yet!) but I'm hoping for a quick exit on the 190s. With only 2 lbs to go, I'm hoping by the end of the week I'll be moving over to 180s.
I am looking forward to getting to know you. Having buds on this this journey would be great :)
I've been enjoying exploring the 30s threads. Lots of great inspiration!
