Because in three weeks, I am visiting relatives that haven't seen me since my high weight(for a family reunion) and I want to look as good as I can...Ok thats more like my reason for the month...but still...Haha

I have my official weigh-in on Monday mornings at my doctor's office and want to be as low as I can. My home scale says I am in the 230s (yay!) but I want the official word!

Because last night I let go and ate an entire bag of honey bbq potato chips and an entire Symphony Bar (with toffee and almonds). I scarfed them down because I was feeling lonely and this morning I feel completely sick.

I am staying on track today because I need to regain the wonderful feeling of being in control of myself and my responses.

Cus I want to! I could have 'went off plan' yesterday but stayed within my calories, but I didn't want to! I didn't want to have a bunch of s'mores. Yeah they're good and all. I had 1, and even then, instead of two crackers, I took a half, broke that in half, used half the normal chocolate and a marshmellow. I got that yumminess, but with half the rest of the stuff. I felt emotionally pumped, that instead of sitting around the fire and eating 4-5...I just had one. I still sat around the fire and talked and visited, I just wasn't stuffing my face while I did it. That felt awesome!

It's already picked out and everything. I have to go and get measured this weekend to order it. :stress: I am really struggling with deciding whether or not to get the dress ordered a sizer smaller or not. I am just starting out with the weight loss, and the wedding is in July. So in theory, there is plenty of time to go down a size (or gasp....two!) ....But there is always that lingering doubt that in a month I will give up or something and have a dress that is too small! Any advice? :?:

My seamstress told me that its way easier to take out fabric than to add. And most of the styles today are designed to be easily altered. I know with mine, a corset style back can be put in to add room or tighten.

Order the size you are now. Alter later. I plan to keep losing, and when the dress comes in and is altered, I'll maintain until after the wedding.
