Hey, Annie, ok if I get this going? 2mi. done with weights and hope to get another 2 without though I am really tired today. Gone all day and stayed up last night until 1am for the first time in a LONG time.

Yes, well sort of. Nothing is off limits to me. I count calories if I can get them and don't worry about it too much if I can't find the count. I am trying to eat more healthy and less quantity of food.

Hi gals. Been a bit since I exercised. Work schedule is just making me exhausted. I've had a more structured one these last couple weeks.

I did 4 miles of the WATP express 4 mile super challenge both today and yesterday. It sure does feel good to be moving again!

I was feeling energetic today (for once! haha) and did another 4 miles. This time it was 4 miles of the 5 mile fat burning walk. Loved this one! That totals 8 miles for the day. :)

I saw the QVC thing. Did my first Belly Blasting Walk tonight.........53 min. The first part is walking and I had little trouble with the jumping parts. The second part was HARD. I hate floor exercises and I am really out of shape that way. It is hard for me to hold my head up for 20 or so seconds. It really makes my neck hurt. Then trying to hold the leg and arm out while on the knees is about impossible....balance problem. But I did as many as I could. If I could ever do the whole thing I am sure I'd be in great shape.

That new dvd has 20min of floor exercise. I did a little better today but still can't do the raise opposite hand and leg while on your knees for very long.

Don't be too hard on yourself, Carol. If something actually causes pain (your neck), I wouldn't do it. The leg/arm thing is hard to do, but once you get your balance (which REALLY works on your muscle tone), you'll do better.

Sure wish someone else had the Belly Blasting Walk so we could compare notes. Those floor exercise are way harder than the walk. I"m just pooped when they're done and I only do about half of them. But I keep trying.

That Belly Blasting Walk DVD sure does sound interesting. I don't know how long I could do floor exercises.. Sounds pretty intense!

Annie, I love the boosted walking! It definitely helps me in the "do I want to exercise that long" struggle I seem to have.

I had been but I have stalled right now, but I am just continuing to do what I have been doing, except I added a pound of weights from 3 to 4. I am hoping to see a drop of any amount this Wednesday, but even if I don't lose and just maintain I will be ok. I can see and feel differences in my body so I know I am on the right track even if the scale doesn't always show it.

Walk Slim 4 Fast Miles......I slept in this morning, but committed to coming home after work and getting some miles in and I did! It's the longest workout I've done since before Christmas and it was tough, but I got it done.:carrot:

I think I overdid it the other day busting back into the 4 mile without working my way back up. I have a stone bruise on the bottom of my right foot and it really hurts! Decided to go ahead and get in the 2 Mile Power Walk w/ 2# weights this morning and made it through. Might sit out the rest of the weekend, though.

hey gang :wave: i finally got released this week. for some reason it took 8 weeks for my insides to heal up but i'm good now. i've been walking at the mall during lunch and i put a set of hand weights under my desk at work that i grab and use when i can.

this morning i did 20 minutes of tabata with intervals of walking, jogging and handweights. feels great!

I walked at the mall during lunch today for over 30 minutes. I didn't walk too fast but it was still walking. oh and i did handweights too

Carol, in the situps.....I'm no expert, but this is how I understand how to do a situp properly: Lie on your back on a carpeted area (or use a mat). Bend your knees and keep feet flat on the floor. Flattyen your back against the floor so there is no curvature in the spine. With your hands under your head, use your abdominal muscles to curl up into the situp....just the curling will do much for your abd. muscles. Don't worry about going all the way up for now. Just do the curls. Always be careful of your back and don't use your arms to pull your head up.

1.5 miles this morning. I finally bought the 4 Mile Power Walk and only had time for 1.5 this morning. Can't wait to try the entire walk.

Sunday 5 miles of the Fat Burning Walk, Monday was a much needed rest day (muscles were aching!) and today I did the first 2 miles of the 3 Mega Miles twice with hand weights instead of the resistance band. I can't wait to pick up a couple more of Leslie's new ones. :carrot:

I just got my WATP vid yesterday. It was a bit tough but I made the first mile today. :)

I remember when I first started doing these videos again last year how tough it was! One day I exercised, showered, rested a bit and then went to read my daughter a bedtime story and I was still "out of breath", so to speak. Haha! It's definitely worth it! Congrats and hope to see you around here. :carrot:

Did the 2 mile WATP vid someone posted here from youtube. Made it all the way through but I had to just walk parts of the 2nd mile instead of the kicks/knee lifts. Feels nice. :)

Having an ice storm here. Fifth new baby born in our family in 6mo. was born Fri. at 8pm after 20min at the hospital. A boy, Elias Valentine weighed 9lb 2ou. That's all for awhile. We now have ten grandsons and eight granddaughters. So cute. Don't usually exercise on Sun. but we're stuck home because of the ice so did 2 mi.

I did 5 miles of the 5 Mile Fat Burning Walk AND 5 miles of the 5 Day Ultimate Walk Plan. I haven't exercised since Thursday I believe so it felt great to move!

Leslie has a newer compilation called The Seven Day Calorie Blast. Today I did the walk for your heart, 2 mi., 30 min upper body workout and 30min. lower body workout. I'm beat. ha

I am totally new to WATP. I just did the one mile workout today and was seriously impressed. I used it as a warm up for my lifting routine. I am looking forward to trying one of the longer walks on a non lifting day. It was fun!

hey gang :wave: my dear hubby cooked supper so that i could exercise when i got home :cheer:

i just walked 2 miles. i used the 4 Mile Power Walk and did the 2 Mile Classic Walk. I was trying to pick something easy but forgot about the "jumping" in this one...oh vey!!! :faint:

then i did some hand weights.... working on tightening up these arms :strong:

First of all...this looks like a great deal if anyone is interested. Secondly, does anyone have this specific set, and if so, are they just repackaged walks that are already available? I would probably buy it if I was sure they are all new (new to me anyway) walks. Thanks!!

I googled it but not much more about it that way. I know some of those kind of things are rereleased workouts. I like collage video because you can see some of the video. But they didn't have anything about that one. I think there is a button for questions so you might be able to find out something that way. If you get it let us know what you think.

Did the one mile brisk walk today as a cool down to weight training (45 min-legs).
Also did a 20 minute stretch program.
15 minutes practicing fitness dance steps as a warm up.

Annie, I think that was a set that was offered on QVC a while back (not this last time) and it has been on her site, but at retail value. If you really wanted it that's a good price. I think I'd rather just get individual DVDs, but that's me! :)

I'm just not one to exercise after a long day at work. Nor do I want to spend time exercising when my boys are home. They spend half their time with me, half with their Dad, so I covet that time.
