I'm here again...hopefully this time for a good amount of time. I really need to be successful in 2013.
I plan on eating healthier, working out and I've added raspberry keytones and green coffee bean supplements to my day!!

Thanks so far I'm still doing absolutely horrible. I go to bed every single night super frustrated and mad at myself for overeating.

Well at least your on here that is a start.. i tend to ignore the forum and the increased lbs when i go gloriously off track .. lol so well done,,,
start small to get back once you have one triumph it'll give u the boost you need to continue...
try a small walk? or drinking more water ? or replace some of the bad food with fruit?
