Who else had to go through the nasty journey back to ketosis?

I sure did after eating my weight in sugar it seemed...and gaining a nice 16 pounds since November....oops

Well I started on Dec 28
Friday - failed....the shakes and sweats were too much at work
Saturday - failed...uh oh
Sunday - OMG stuck to plan!
Monday - stuck to plan
Tuesday - going to be another good day!

So even if you are having trouble...try again the next day

Every day is a new day! So even if you slip start over the next. They call weight loss a journey an it wouldn't be one without a few bumps in the road! Good for you for getting back on!

Yup, this last week has been rough on me as well...going back at it 100% tomorrow.

Good for you for getting back on, the first few days are always the roughest!
