Hey Chaz, welcome to the forum.

Certainly sounds like you are well prepared. Adult hula hoop does sound fun! I might have to look into that myself :)

Do you have a particular plan in mind? Calorie counting, just general healthy eating?

Best of luck with your weightloss and look forward to seeing you around the boards.

I ordered a hula hoop but from Amazon.co.uk. I was able to read the reviews on it before choosing it.

I love Rosemary Conley in that you get a fitness class along with the weigh in. I have started it a couple of times, then stopped after a few weeks. Once because my DD started a new activity and the send time because I joined with a friend and stopped when she did. I think I will go back to class -- the diet would dork for me to maintain, but not to lose. I restarted Slim and Save yesterday! Day one done... day two so far so good! ;)
